Lotion Pellet and Method of Manufacture
A method of manufacturing a lotion pellet, and a lotion pellet, is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of mixing a combination of coconut oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and beeswax, over heat, for a period of time to form an integrated mixture of the combination, providing a mold having a mold cavity, poring an amount of the integrated mixture into the mold cavity, allowing the poured amount of the integrated mixture to settle in the mold cavity for a period of time, chilling the integrated mixture in the mold for a period of time, to form the lotion pellet, and removing the lotion pellet from the mold cavity.

The method comprises: acquiring names and weights of new ingredients, searching formulations containing at least one of the new ingredients in a skin care product formulation database, and obtaining a plurality of candidate formulations; deleting the new ingredients contained in each of the candidate formulations to obtain a plurality of supplement formulations; clustering the plurality of supplement formulations based on ingredient correlations to obtain a plurality of cluster groups; calculating a correlation score of each cluster group to the new ingredients respectively; and determining the cluster group with the highest correlation score, and generating a new skin care product formulation based on the cluster group with the highest correlation score.

Disclosed are a cosmetic composition having increased skin contact and makeup persistence and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes: forming a powder continuous phase by rapidly mixing a powder and a film-forming agent; and obtaining a cosmetic composition in which a surface of the powder is compounded with the film-forming agent by heating the powder continuous phase for a predetermined time. In an embodiment, the cosmetic composition is manufactured by the method. In an embodiment, the cosmetic composition includes 5 wt % to 30 wt % of a powder, 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of a film-forming agent, 10 wt % to 30 wt % of a silicone oil, and 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of a spherical powder.
