Support device for supporting beams of formwork for floor slabs
A support device for supporting beams of formwork for floor slabs, which comprises an upright, the end of which can be fixed to a supporting prop that rests on the ground; a supporting head for at least one supporting beam of floor slab formwork, which is arranged coupled slideably along the upright, and elements of reversibly locking the supporting head on a preset position defined along the upright, the supporting head in turn comprises: two plates, at least two recesses, for guiding insertion and for containment for a resting portion of the corresponding supporting beam, each one of which is provided on a respective plate, each recess having a substantially flat bottom with a breadth such as to define a variable resting point for the supporting beam along the bottom as a function of the inclination of the supporting beam.
Method of reinforced cementitious construction by high speed extrusion printing and apparatus for using same
The present invention relates to methods and apparatuses for an automated reinforced concrete construction system for onsite slip-form molding and casting a variety of cementitious mixes in a cast in place leave in place externally moldable flexible reinforced containment sleeve providing a wide variety of interchangeable full-scale molding configurations simultaneously optimizing a wide variety of cementitious mix curing characteristics, further having optional internal reinforcement net(s), for layer wise interlocking additive printed brick deposition providing improved slip-form mold casting of a wide variety of reinforced concrete structures; the present invention further includes a variety of operating platforms suitable for on and offsite construction as disclosed herein.
Concrete forming system
A concrete forming system for reducing the time and labor required for the framing, pouring, and curing of concrete walls. The concrete forming system generally includes concrete forms including a first wall, a second wall opposing the first wall, and a pair of sidewalls. A cavity is formed between the walls; with an opening being fluidly connected to the cavity. A first vehicle is connected to the first wall and a second vehicle is connected to the second wall. Using the vehicles, the positioning and orientation of the walls may be adjusted. After the walls have been placed and oriented, the vehicles will hold the walls in place as concrete is poured into the cavity through the opening. The concrete is allowed to cure into a structure; after which the vehicles and walls may be moved to another location to repeat the process.
