A formwork system (100) includes a rebate board (105) having a generally L shaped profile in end view, the rebate board (105) having a first arm (110) and a second arm (120), the first and second arms (120) being angled at about 90 degrees relative to each other, the second arm (120) being securable to an upper portion of a formwork bottom board (200). The system (100) includes a brace (400) having a first engagement formation (410) configured to engage with the first arm (110), and a second engagement formation (435) configured to engage with a peg (220) or other fixed member.

The disclosure presents a composite concrete structure formwork which comprises stay in place fiberglass profiles and reinforcement to form various building and shelter structures. The structures include an interior container maintained at a set distance within an exterior container to form a void. The void is filled with wet concrete which is allowed to cure. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

The disclosure presents a reconfigurable composite floor formwork which defined by a plurality of interlocking fiberglass panels formed into profiles which may be moved and adapted to provide a concrete form for a floor or ceiling. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installing thereof. A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.

A form bracket for supporting a wall of a concrete panel form at a casting slab includes a first planar member having a lower surface configured to engage a casting slab. A second planar member is coupled with the first planar member. The second planar member has a front surface disposed perpendicular to the lower surface of the first planar member and configured to engage a wall of a concrete panel form. In some implementations, the first and second planar members have different dimensions so as to be capable of being reoriented to accommodate different sized walls. A pair of support members extend between an upper portion of the first planar member and a rear portion of the second planar member. The pair of support members are spaced apart to define a void that is configured to matably receive a second form bracket in a stacked arrangement.

A form bracket for supporting a wall of a concrete panel form at a casting slab includes a first planar member having a lower surface configured to engage a casting slab. A second planar member is coupled with the first planar member. The second planar member has a front surface disposed perpendicular to the lower surface of the first planar member and configured to engage a wall of a concrete panel form. The disclosure presents a composite column formwork which utilizes a fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) stay in place container which incorporates horizontally coplanar support chairs bonded to the interior surface, closed ties bonded to the support chairs and a plurality of longitudinal rebar enforcements bonded to the closed ties. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.
