A formwork element of a ceiling formwork. The formwork element has a non-fully circumferentially closed, in particular U-shaped, frame onto which a formwork skin can be or is arranged. The frame preferably has at least a first leg, a second leg and a base strut in between. The base strut is preferably oriented at a right angle ±5° relative to the two legs. The legs are preferably each provided at their end regions opposite to the base strut with a fastening projection and/or a fastening recess. The formwork element can be suspended by a worker from below into a pillar head and is upwardly pivotable. It makes it possible to build around an obstacle in a simple manner while maintaining a grid-like imprint structure in the concrete surface to be created with the ceiling formwork.

CANTILEVER ENABLED JOIST BEAM
20230103321 · 2023-04-06 ·

A main beam for a formwork grid construction component system is disclosed. Typical main beams work with secondary joists (sometimes referred to as secondary beams to support a decking surface for pouring of concrete or cement. By strengthening the main beam using an altered profile while maintaining interoperable external dimensions, the span distance of each joist may be increased. By forming the main beam with the disclosed profile, joists can be made longer (e.g., have an eight foot connected span to increase grid size) and maintain appropriate strength (or increased weight tolerance). Formwork grid systems are used in construction of buildings and other structures. Interoperability with existing components is maintained by the disclosed main beam adhering to the same external functional form factor. The external form factor being the same allows main beams constructed in accordance with this disclosure to properly function with existing formwork grid construction components.

COMPOSITE CONDUIT FORMWORK STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF FABRICATION

The disclosure presents a composite conduit formwork structure which includes a cylindrical outer casing adapted to bond with a cylindrical inner casing which are maintained at a fixed distance apart by a plurality of radial stanchions. The inner casing and outer casing form an interior void which is filled with concrete during manufacture. The outer casing and inner casing remain in place to protect the structure once completed. A novel method of assembly is also provided whereby radial stanchions are rotated between the outer casing and inner casing. All of the components in a preferred embodiment are formed of a fiberglass material.

A prop head assembly is configured to be fixedly connected to a vertically-extending construction column, and also configured to support a horizontal construction beam assembly once the prop head assembly is fixedly connected to the vertically-extending construction column. The prop head assembly includes a first beam-locating feature and a second beam-locating feature. The first beam-locating feature is configured to selectively receive, at least in part, a beam-reference portion. The second beam-locating feature is also configured to receive the beam-reference portion once the beam-reference portion is inadvertently displaced away from the first beam-locating feature and from the vertically-extending construction column and toward the second beam-locating feature.
