PREFABRICATED BATHROOM AND METHODS FOR CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING THE SAME

Disclosed herewith a prefabricated bathroom and a construction method and an installation method thereof. The prefabricated bathroom includes a bottom unit (11), multiple wall units (12) and a top plate unit (13). One of the wall units (12) is a structural wall (14), which is provided with a recessed top region (141) reserved for later pouring, a middle full-prefabricated structural wall body (142), and a recessed bottom region (143) reserved for later pouring. Top exposed reserve bars (144) of the prefabricated bathroom of a floor are inserted into the recessed bottom region (143) of the prefabricated bathroom of a next floor, and connected with bottom exposed reserve bars (146) thereof, so that the prefabricated bathroom of said floor can be connected with that of said next floor through pouring concrete in the recessed top region (141) and the recessed bottom region (143).

The drophead is connected to each corner of the formwork panel through the corner element. The corner element forms a locking notch to lock at least two formwork panel with each other as well as with the drophead.

The head comprises two plates perpendicular to the support base, the plates being arranged parallel to each other and to the long side such that the plates leave a space therebetween for a beam and respective spaces for a beam in the space between the ends of the plates and one of the projections, each plate comprising at least two housings for attaching a beam.

The jaw assembly includes a fixed jaw and a movable jaw, the moving member pivotably connected to the fixed jaw, wherein the fixed jaw and movable jaws are configured to receive an end of the beam therebetween.

A shoring system for concrete slabs is disclosed. One such system includes a drop head with a beam support member which can be moved between lower and upper positions, and a wedge member which locks the beam support member in its upper position by a translational, sliding movement thereof. Wedge member includes a narrower toe portion and a wider heel portion, and the toe portion is insertable past corresponding engagement surfaces on the post of the drop head, to support the wedge member in its upper position. The beam support member has a lower surface engaged by the wedge member and such lower surface is longitudinally spaced from the upper surface of the beam support member, so that there is open space between the wedge member and the bottom surfaces of beam supported by the upper surface of the beam support member.
