ONE PIECE MOLDED POST-TENSION TENDON POCKET FORMER WITH PUSH IN RETENTION TABS AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A one-piece post-tension tendon pocket former includes a pocket section configured to create a pocket in an edge of concrete, a formwork securing mechanism connected to the second end of the pocket section configured to secure the second end of the pocket section to a formwork, and an anchor securing mechanism. The anchor securing mechanism is configured to secure the pocket section to a post-tension tendon anchor with at least one fastener hole and includes an anchor sealing portion and at least one retention tab. The anchor sealing portion is configured to seal the pocket section to the post-tension tendon anchor. Each of the at least one retention tab extends from a side of the pocket section and is configured to be secured in one of the at least one fastener holes for securing the seal between the anchor sealing portion and the post-tension tendon anchor.
Anchor with sealing element for a vertical formwork
An anchor for a vertical formwork having two formwork panels facing one another. The anchor is suitable for being fixed to one of the formwork panels. The anchor includes a housing for receiving a part of a tie rod fixing the two formwork panels and a single sealing element configured for sealing the anchor with respect to the formwork panel in which it is fixed and with respect to the tie rod housed in the housing of the anchor.
Formwork panel, formwork system and method for mounting a tie rod
A formwork panel including: a formwork panel member having a front side for delimiting a space to be filled with concrete, a back side opposite the front side and a through-opening extending from the front side to the back side for allowing passage of a tie rod therethrough, the through-opening having a first cross-sectional area; an adjustment member extending across the through-opening of the formwork panel member, the adjustment member having a through-hole with a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area of the through-opening of the formwork panel member, the through-hole being moveable relative to the front side of the formwork panel member; the adjustment member having a disc element with the through-hole formed therein, wherein the disc element covers the through-opening of the formwork panel member except for the through-hole of the disc element.
Anchor block method for reanchoring live tendons
A method for retaining tension in a stressed tendon cast in a reinforced concrete structure includes removing concrete from the structure to expose the tendon, attaching a re-anchoring clamp to the exposed tendon, the re-anchoring clamp comprising two partial sections assembled to enclose the tendon, pouring grout around the re-anchoring clamp and allowing the grout to substantially cure.

Panel attachment structure
A panel attachment structure including a panel assembly having a channel member including a channel therein. The panel assembly further includes at least one reinforcing member directly or indirectly coupled to the channel member, and an insert assembly including an insert portion. The insert portion is configured to be closely slidably received in the channel member in an insertion direction, and the insert assembly is configured to be coupled to an underlying support structure.
Clamp Assembly for a Formwork System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.
FORMWORK SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF FORMING A WALL
A formwork system that is readily repositionable to facilitate casting of material is disclosed. A front panel and a rear panel are disposed opposite to each other to define a forming space therebetween to receive the material. The front and rear panels sheath the material so as to retain it in the forming space. A coupler extends over the forming space between the front and rear panels and is pivotably coupled thereto to allow rotation of the front and rear panels about the coupler. A tie is spaced apart from the coupler and extends over the forming space between the front and rear panels. The tie is selectively contractible to cause rotation of the front and rear panels away from each other to move the formwork system from a forming position to a release position to selectively engage and disengage with the front and rear panels with the material.
Load Bearing Components and Safety Deck of an Integrated Construction System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.
