Vertical formwork with tie rod and tie rod anchor
An anchor for a vertical formwork having two formwork panels facing one another. The anchor is suitable for being fixed to one of the formwork panels. The anchor includes a housing for receiving a part of a tie rod fixing the two formwork panels and sealing means configured for sealing the anchor with respect to the formwork panel in which it is fixed and with respect to the tie rod housed in the housing of the anchor.
Vertical formwork anchor with fixing key to fix to a vertical formwork panel
According to one embodiment an anchor for a vertical formwork is provided that includes a fixed part suitable for being fixed to a formwork panel and fixing means for fixing the fixed part to the formwork panel. The fixing means includes a fixing key suitable for being housed in a hole of the formwork panel, the fixing key comprising an off-centered stop with respect to the axis of rotation of the fixing key, such that in a first angular position the off-centered stop of the fixing key can be introduced in the hole of the formwork panel and in a second angular position the off-centered stop is retained by the formwork panel, and therefore the anchor is fixed to the formwork panel.
Vertical formwork and an anchor for a vertical form work
Anchor assembly for a vertical formwork that according to one embodiment includes a front anchor element and a tie rod having a first end that is housed in the front anchor element. The front anchor element and the first end of the tie rod are configured for fixing the front anchor element in different axial positions of the first end of the tie rod, such that when the tie rod is arranged in a fitting angular position it can move axially with respect to the front anchor, and when the tie rod is arranged in a fixing angular position the tie rod cannot move axially with respect to the front anchor. According to some embodiments the front anchor element also includes blocking means configured for blocking the rotation of the tie rod when it is arranged in the fixing angular position.
Formwork anchor receptacle
The present disclosure relates to a formwork anchor receptacle for arrangement on a bearing element of a formwork element, having a receptacle element, which has a receptacle opening for insertion of an anchor rod and a ball section for mounting on the mounting element of the formwork element, and having a retaining apparatus for retaining the receptacle element on the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the retaining apparatus has a spacer element for contacting the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the spacer element has an mounting opening for mounting on the receptacle element and a formwork device having such a formwork anchor receptacle.

Concrete form with removable sidewall
A concrete form includes a first sidewall and a second sidewall positioned in parallel and spaced relation to each other and a cross tie having opposed first and second ends, where at least the first sidewall is a removable sidewall removably secured to the first end of the cross tie. The second sidewall is removably secured to the second end of the cross tie and may be a removable sidewall or a non-removable sidewall. The concrete form also includes a spacer positioned between the first sidewall and the first end of the cross tie. The spacer may be removable along with the first sidewall. Concrete forming assemblies and methods may incorporate concrete forms as described herein.
Concrete form spreader
A concrete formwork spreading device includes a tie rod including opposing ends, and a pair of end caps connected to the opposing ends of the tie rod. Each one (1) of the pair of end caps includes a contacting face, wherein the contacting face is flat. Each one (1) of the opposing ends of the tie rod is one (1) of permanently connected or removably connected to an associated one (1) of one (1) pair of end caps. The contacting face of each one (1) of the pair of end caps is spaced apart by a distance, the distance is equal to a thickness of a concrete wall formed using the device. The distance between the contacting face of each one (1) of the pair of end caps is one (1) of fixed or adjustable.
