ADJUSTABLE CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT HANGER ASSEMBLY
An adjustable concrete reinforcement assembly includes a base member having a pair of open ends and an upper axial cavity defined along the length of the base member. A pair of frame members each include a horizontal extending portion and a vertical extending portion in which the horizontal extending portions are sized to engage the upper axial cavity of the base member. A hanger member is disposed at an upper end of the vertical extending portions of each frame member; wherein the frame members are axially movable within the base member to enable a horizontal dimension of the assembly to be selectively adjusted. At least one support is further provided to receive at least one concrete reinforcement member, such as rebar. In at least one version, adjustments can be to the horizontal dimension of the frame and optionally the vertical and horizontal positioning of the hanger members relative to a concrete form.
FRAME FORMWORK ELEMENT AND FRAME FORMWORK SYSTEM, AND USE OF A STRIP IN A FRAME FORMWORK SYSTEM
The invention relates to a frame formwork element (100) for a frame formwork system (300) for producing a wall section in concrete construction, comprising: a plurality of, in particular four, edge profiles (101) which form a frame (102) having a frame inner side (103) and a frame outer side (104), wherein at least one edge profile (101) is a hollow profile and in the cross-section has a profile section on the frame inner side with a groove-forming fastening corrugation (107) and a profile section on the frame outer side with a groove-forming reinforcing corrugation (105), wherein in the cross-section of the edge profile (101) the fastening corrugation (107) and the reinforcing corrugation (105) lie opposite one another and have the same shape. The invention further relates to a frame formwork system (300) having such a frame formwork element (100) and a batten (200). Moreover, use of a batten (200) in a framed formwork system (300) is proposed.
Concrete form assembly having concrete form clip and method of forming a wall
An illustrative example embodiment of a concrete form clip includes a body including two ends and a plurality of arms. One of the arms is near each of the ends. The arms are oriented transverse to the body. A plurality of projections extend from the body. Each of the projections is spaced from a respective one of the arms with a spacing between the projection and the respective arm to accommodate a portion of an edge of a form panel. At least one tab on at least one of the arms is transverse to the arm. The tab includes a tool receiving surface that facilitates using a tool to manipulate the clip relative to a form panel, which simplifies the task of removing the clip from the form panel.

Drill stake and accessories for concrete form construction
Embodiments of the invention are stakes for securing concrete-casting forms to the ground (e.g., compacted earth and compacted gravel surfaces), which can be inserted and removed easily by using an impact drill or hammer drill. Modular concrete casting forms and other accessories are also described and claimed.

Adjustable support
An adjustable support for use in shuttering formwork comprising a base member, a shuttering contact member, and a bracing member, wherein the base member, the shuttering contact member and the bracing member are engaged hingedly with one another. The bracing member is engaged securably with the shuttering contact member and the base member. The bracing member is adjustable, such that adjustment of the bracing member causes rotation of the shuttering contact member about the base member. Also disclosed is a method for supporting shuttering comprising providing one or more adjustable supports as described above, affixing the or each base member to a substantially static object, assembling the or each bracing member and the or each shuttering contact member as described above, adjusting the or each bracing member and attaching the or each shuttering to the or each shuttering contact member.
