EXTENSION COLLAR FOR PAILS OF MIXABLE BUILDING MATERIAL
An extension collar is provided for use with a pail having an opening and containing mixable building material. The collar includes an annular body with an upper edge, an opposite lower edge, and a sidewall connecting the edges. In addition, the body has a diameter that is complementary to, and insertable into the opening of the pail such that upon insertion into the pail, the collar adds to a height of the pail.
Method and apparatus for casting concrete products
A method and an apparatus for casting concrete products by mold casting, where concrete mix is fed in a casting mold from a casting apparatus moved above the mold, and the concrete mix is vibrated with a vibrator assembly located at least partially in the area inside a nozzle of the casting apparatus, wherein the concrete mix is vibrated in the area inside the nozzle with the vibrator assembly performing only vertical vibrating motion.
Apparatus for output of a fluid process material
An apparatus for the output of a fluid process material, in particular a process material in the form of concrete, mortar or adhesive, has a distributor boom comprising a plurality of boom arms, connected to each other at joints, having a process material delivery line formed by a plurality of pipe segments, which are preferably joint-connected to each other by pipe bends and rotating couplings. The delivery line is guided along the individual boom arms and fixed thereto. A tool, which is received on the distributor boom, has a device for the output of the process material. The tool has a buffer vessel, which receives the process material from the process material delivery line, and an output element for the output of the process material, fed from the buffer vessel, at an output location.
HOPPER FOR CEMENT CHUTE
A concrete accessory for use with a ready mix chute comprises a funnel shaped hopper. The hopper has a wide upper opening of a size corresponding to that of a ready mix chute and tapering to a narrow lower opening. The hopper has a seamless inner surface and a pair of hollow aligned receptacles on opposite sides of the hopper and extending outwardly therefrom proximate the upper opening. An elongate rod has a length greater than the spacing between the aligned hollow receptacles to be received therein. A hanger assembly removably attaches the rod to a ready mix chute, in use, to support the hopper below the chute.

STATIC MIXERS FOR INLINE INTERMIXING OF CONCRETE AND ADMIXTURE
According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, modification of concrete within a pumping line is achieved with new designs of inline static mixers allowing passage of concrete material that is primarily of solids in the form of suspended minerals, cement and aggregates, and without benefit of the flow of additional fluid, such as the airflow driving a shotcrete process. According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, modification within a concrete pumping line is essential where unmodified concrete is necessary for purposes of batching or pumping, such as where the modification creates a very rapid set or an extreme thickening. According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, modification, unmodified concrete can be delivered to the point of inline modification at the end of a pumping line, where highly reactive components can then be intermixed. According to one or more embodiments of the present invention, this allows volume production of Roman Concrete or a hot mortar activated with quicklime, facilitates the inclusion of highly reactive shrinkage compensating agents, makes the use of alkali-activated or geopolymer concrete more practical for large-scale production, and makes possible very rapid additive-manufacturing methods with low-cost conventional delivered concrete.
Building material apparatus and use of at least one part sensor
A building material apparatus includes at least one building material transport part which follows a building material drum, wherein the building material transport part is designed to transport building material which is to be at least partially cured, and at least one part sensor. The part sensor is arranged on and/or in the building material transport part and is designed to detect at least one intensive variable, or at least one variable which corresponds at least to the intensive variable, of the building material in the building material transport part.
Adjustable stopper assembly for press brake
The present disclosure provides for a reversible and adjustable stopper assembly comprised of an upper frame, L-bracket, connector portion and stopping member. The stopper can be configured to be secured to at least two main types of press brakes. The stopping portion of the stopper is also reversible, allowing for less sheet metal to be inserted into the press brake, if desired. The stopper assembly can be slid in a horizontal manner, relative to the press brake to preserve the measurement of the sheet metal from one end of the press brake to the other.
