The body and the foot are intended to be immersed in the material of which the building element is made. The anchor extends in a main plane along a longitudinal axis. The anchor also includes at least two sub-parts, each one defining various successive portions respectively forming the head, the body and the foot of the anchor. The anchor includes at least one reinforcing piece interposed between the two flats or flat parts, extending from the head of the anchor over at least part of the foot.

ANCHOR AND CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

Anchors, clutches, and lifting systems are described herein that increase the size of a shear cone within a precast concrete panel without using multiple clutches and without increasing the complexity of the lift system. A shear cone is the volume within the panel that the anchor and clutch pull on when orienting and positioning the precast concrete panel. Anchors described herein encompass a larger volume of the panel in different ways to produce a larger shear cone. Similarly, the clutches described herein have features that allow a clutch to accommodate the improved anchors. As a result, the anchors, clutches, and lifting systems provide a larger shear cone in the panel to increase the load capacity of the lifting system and reduce the likelihood of failure.

LIFTING AND LEVELING INSERT FOR A PRECAST CONCRETE SLAB
20190284803 · 2019-09-19 ·

An insert for lifting and leveling a precast concrete slab is provided. The insert includes a sleeve that extends through the concrete slab and has two distinct threaded portions on an inner surface of the sleeve. This configuration allows a lifting bolt to be positioned into an upper end of the sleeve to lift the concrete slab, and a different-sized leveling bolt to be positioned in the sleeve to selectively elevate or raise part of the concrete slab relative to a ground surface.

Connection assembly, levelling or lifting system, and method of levelling a slab

A connection assembly for connecting a bolt to a slab includes a first connection part and a second connection part. The first connection part and the second connection part may be capable of being assembled to the slab in a manner so as to sandwich the slab with a first clamping member of the first connection part and a second clamping member of the second connection part between two opposite surfaces of the slab. The first connection part and the second connection part may be connected in a manner such that a connection between a first hollow-tubular-connecting-structure of the first connection part and a second hollow-tubular-connecting-structure of the second connection part may be within a through-hole in the slab, which extends between the two opposite surfaces of the slab.
