Hand-held three-dimensional drawing device
A three-dimensional (3D) drawing device having a housing configured for manipulation by a user's hand and to accept a feed stock that is, in certain embodiments, a strand of thermoplastic. The drawing device has a nozzle assembly with an exit nozzle and a motor connected to a gear train that engages the strand of thermoplastic feed stock such that rotation of the motor causes the feed stock to be extruded out of the exit nozzle to form a three-dimensional object.
Kits suitable for casting concrete elements, and methods for casting concrete elements using such kits
Buildings are constructed using the tilt-up technique from concrete elements that have contours that are at least partially curved. The concrete elements are made by casting in molds. The molds are assembled from mold pieces selected in a kit that contains a limited set of shapes. Molds assembled differently can produce concrete elements with a large variety of contour shapes.
Construction system
A construction system for building a home independently is provided that assists a sole home builder so that a modern home can be built without the use of heavy machinery or reliance on professionals.
AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FLOOR AND CEILING UNITS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF MODULAR BUILDING UNITS
A system and method for assembling framing assemblies for use as ceiling or floor structures of modular building units using automation are disclosed. The framing assemblies include trusses that are attached at the lateral edges thereof by a joist including at least one layer of dimensional lumber to form a substantially rigid framework. Cover panels are positioned over and attached to an inner surface of the framing assembly.

AN ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM, AN ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT, A METHOD OF ORIENTING AN ELEMENT, AND USE OF SUCH SYSTEM
An adjustment system including an adjustable support, a driving arrangement, a locking arrangement and a motor. The adjustable support includes a base including a bore having an open mouth; a screw being movable received in the bore while having a free end configured to project past the open mouth of the bore; and a driver being arranged in driving engagement with the screw, whereby a rotation of the driver results in a linear movement of the screw along the longitudinal extension of the bore. The driving arrangement includes a driver actuator arranged to be driven by the motor. Further, a method of orienting an element relative to a reference plane is provided.
REBAR TYING TOOL
The disclosure herein discloses a rebar tying tool that ties plural rebars using a wire. The rebar tying tool includes a housing and a twisting motor, and may include a twisting mechanism that twists the wire around the plural rebars by the twisting motor. The twisting mechanism may include a screw shaft, a gripping member that grips the wire in cooperation with rotation of the screw shaft, a first reduction mechanism that reduces and transmits rotation of the twisting motor to a relay shaft, and a second reduction mechanism that reduces and transmits rotation of the relay shaft to the screw shaft. The first reduction mechanism may be a coaxial reduction mechanism, and the second reduction mechanism may be a parallel-axis reduction mechanism.

Load carrying platform shuttle
A load carrying platform shuttle (10) has a static frame (12) and a movable carriage (14). The frame is securable to a mounting location, such as a given working level of a multi-storey building under construction, and the carriage is arranged to telescope into the static frame between an extended position outboard of the mounting location and a retracted position inboard of the mounting location. The movable carriage can move between the extended position and the retracted position while carrying a load. The shuttle includes a motor (76) and gear assembly (72, 74, 78) for driving the movement of the carriage between the extended position and the retracted position while carrying the load.
HOISTING SYSTEM, APPARATUS, KIT AND METHODOLOGY
System, apparatus, device, kit, method and associated technique for safely and securely lifting wall and other structures to a vertical position. An electronic winch device that when connected to an end of a wall structure lifts the structure. A keeper or catchment such that when the electronic winch has hoisted the wall structure to a substantially vertical position, catches and keeps the wall structure in place, allowing the technician to more properly secure the wall structure. The apparatuses are also designed for portability and collapsibility, with structural members telescoping inside one another to minimize size in transport but securely configurable when extended and locked into place.
