Telescopic edge protection post
A telescopic edge protection post arrangeable between a floor and a ceiling, comprising outer and inner tubes, each comprising a bottom end and a top end, the inner tube extending into the outer tube and being movable with respect thereto between an extended position and a collapsed position. The post further comprises a locking mechanism to lock the inner tube with respect to the outer tube in the extended position, and a tensioning unit arranged at the top end of the inner tube. The tensioning unit comprises a tensioning element having a primary and secondary tensioning portions, wherein tensioning of the secondary tensioning portion requires a lower force than the primary tensioning portion, allowing tensioning of the secondary tensioning portion by extending the telescopic edge protection post by hand into engagement with the floor and the ceiling. Further, the primary and secondary tensioning portions each comprise a compression spring.

Pole stabilization assembly
A post stabilization system which uses components which allow for both pushing and pulling forces to be applied to a workpiece in situ. The system uses the ground as an anchor point to stabilize a workpiece being installed. A force application member is connected to an anchoring device at one end. The opposing end of the force application member is an abutment member for applying a stabilizing force to a pole or other vertically oriented workpiece. An adjustment/tensioning member is applied between the anchoring device and the abutment member to allow for adjusting the angle of the workpiece by applying either pushing or pulling forces to the workpiece.

Adjustable Alignment Brace Device
A adjustable alignment brace device for aligning a structural member includes a turnbuckle coupling a base anchor to a beam attachment member. The turnbuckle is pivotably coupled to each of the base anchor and the beam attachment member. The beam attachment member is configured for attaching to a beam and aligning a structural member by engaging a top end of the structural member with the beam and rotating a body of the turnbuckle to translate the beam toward or away from the base anchor.

Weather resistant temporary wall system and method
A weather resistant temporary wall system and method useful for forming a temporary barrier during building construction or renovation includes a series of modular wall panels that may be removably fit together in the size needed. The wall panels have complimentary shaped edge profiles that form a protective barrier against water penetration. The wall panels may be assembled on site in vertically stacked relationship between a pair of support posts which extend from floor to ceiling. The side edges of the wall panels have edge profiles that are complimentary in shape to the side edges of the support posts such that the panels may be removably attached to the support posts. The wall panels may further include a string reinforced polyethylene material for increased strength.
Efficiency of construction via an on-site portable self-supporting structural assembly jig
A portable self-supporting vertical wall assembly jig residing at a construction site can include two parallel vertical supports, two perpendicular horizontal supports, and a removable wall platform. The vertical supports can each have one hinge which reduces the height by at least one third. The two perpendicular horizontal supports can include a top horizontal support and a bottom horizontal support. The removable wall platform can be able to be removed after construction of a vertically assembled wall. When the platform is removed from the jig, the platform completely can support the wall and can be able to transport the wall to location different from the assembly jig without additional construction equipment. The wall can include a top plate, a bottom plate, and two vertical elements. The top and bottom horizontal support can include spacers which temporarily brace the two vertical elements of the wall during vertical assembly of the wall.

BRACE FOR A PRECAST CONCRETE PANEL
An adjustable brace to support a precast concrete panel in a substantially vertical orientation. The adjustable brace includes a first elongate member selectively secured to a second elongate member. The first elongate member can be interconnected to the second elongate member at a job site without significantly decreasing the maximum load that the second elongate member can support.
