Repair apparatus for material guide
A repair apparatus is configured to repair a hole in a curved wall portion of a material guide. The repair apparatus includes a patch body that can conform to the shape of the curved wall portion and a retainer that non-destructively holds the patch body in place on the wall portion over the hole. In certain embodiments, the retainers are magnets or straps. The patch body can be flexible so that it can be adjusted to conform to the shape of curved wall portions of various sizes and curvatures. The patch body can include a wear-resistant inner surface. In some embodiments, the patch body includes an outer shell and a wear-resistant inner liner connected to the shell. The liner can have one side that is unattached to the shell.
Core form device
A core form device including a circular plate and a plurality of bendable arms extending from the circular plate which when bent about the circular plate form the core form device.

Durable, fire resistant, energy absorbing and cost-effective strengthening systems for structural joints and members
The disclosed technology is a system and a method for strengthening one or more joints of a structure having a plurality of structural members forming a vacuous area at each joint. The method includes computing limit load bearing capacity for the structure, at a joint, securing a filler module to the joint, at the vacuous area, the filler module having a plurality of surfaces so that when secured within the vacuous area, some of the surfaces are tangential to the members of the structure at its joint, and one or more of the surfaces are non-tangential to the members of the structure, and applying at least one layer of continuous fiber reinforced polymer wrap about the filler module and the members at the joint. The filler module of the disclosed technology is designed and configured to dissipate energy from a load applied to the structure, and at least doubling the load bearing capacity for the structure, at the joint.
SURFACE CRACK FILLER COMPOUND
Disclosed herein are concrete and asphalt crack filler compounds and methods for utilizing them. According to some embodiments, the crack filler compounds can include (1) silica sand, (2) ethylene vinyl acetate, (3) and cement, and/or (4) color additives. According to some embodiments, a method of utilizing one of the compounds can include the steps of (1) obtaining a surface crack filler compound, (2) depositing the surface crack filler compound into a surface crack (e.g., concrete, asphalt, etc.), and (3) depositing water onto the surface crack filler compound to cause the surface crack filler compound to solidify and fill the surface crack. Additionally, and according to some embodiments, the method can further include, prior to depositing the surface crack filler compound into the surface crack: removing debris from the surface crack using at least one of a brush, pressurized air, or pressurized water.
DRYWALL REPAIR APPARATUS AND METHODS
A backing plate for drywall repair has a body having an outer periphery, and a thickness substantially less than any dimension at right angles to the thickness, made from a semi-rigid material, the body exhibiting two opposite, parallel planar surfaces, a plurality of guiding indentions arranged in a closely-spaced pattern on a first one of the parallel planar surfaces of the body, each guiding indention extending into the body for a first dimension less than the thickness of the body, having an intersection of a first area in the planar surface, and a parallel area diminishing with depth of the guiding indention, and, at the full depth of each guiding indention, a through hole of a diameter centered on the guiding indention and passing through the body and out the opposite planar surface.
MODULAR SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONCRETE CRACK REPAIR
A system for repairing a crack in a concrete installation includes a stitch having a center portion configured to span across the crack and an anchor plate coupled to the stitch. The anchor plate includes an anchor bore configured to receive a concrete anchor, a first bore extending parallel to the anchor bore, a second bore extending transverse to the anchor bore, and a groove extending transverse to the first bore and the second bore. The first bore intersects the groove, and the second bore intersects the anchor bore.
Blister package with detachable knife
A disposable blister package according to an example of the present disclosure includes a first portion and a second portion. A cavity is formed in the second portion and contains a compound. The first portion is separable from the second portion at a snap line, and the first portion is operable to spread the compound.
PATCHING COMPOUND DISPENSER-APPLICATOR
A refillable combination patching compound dispenser and applicator has a generally cone-shaped container having a normally open end through which patching compound is introduced, a closed end terminating in a tip, a dispensing aperture disposed through the side-wall of container, proximate the tip, and a disc-shaped applicator having a center opening in communication with the dispensing aperture through which patching compound is dispensed. The apparatus is ergonomically shaped to fit easily in the palm of the user's hand and includes a fingertip rest opposite the dispensing aperture to facilitate application of patching compound in any direction over the substrate surface.
CONCRETE PENETRATION PATCH KIT AND METHOD
A safe, time-saving, and effective way to repair abandon core holes in concrete slabs in buildings with multiple floors. The kit allows repairs to be performed from above the slab, rather than solely from below. It saves workers time and frustration while also lowering overtime costs for a greater return. The device holds poured cement in place with metal disks, rather than combustible materials, fiberglass insulation, or other makeshift materials, for maximum safety. The present invention uses a wire to secure plugs in cores, effectively preventing the plugs from falling out. Concrete penetration patch kit includes a concrete penetration patch kit is used by contractors to repair abandon core holes in concrete slabs. This innovative product is a concrete patch kit for use when patching any abandoned slab penetrations, including electrical, plumbing, and floor cores in concrete.
