Reinforcing structure of unexpired concrete building floors
The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure of unexpired concrete building floors used for reinforcing a concrete column, a concrete beam and a concrete floor slab. The structure has: at least one external column each of the at least one external column wrapping around the concrete column; at least one framework each wrapping around the concrete beam; a plurality of brackets fixedly mounted to the lower surface of the concrete floor slab, and a base plate disposed at the bottom of the concrete column, wherein the bottom of each of the at least one external column is fixed to the base plate, the top of each of the at least one external column is fixed to a corresponding one of the at least one framework, and the corresponding framework is fixed to the plurality of brackets along a length direction of the concrete beam.
LOAD-CARRYING CONCRETE FLOOR STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR BUILDING THE LOAD-CARRYING CONCRETE FLOOR STRUCTURE
A construction process for enhancing or repairing a concrete floor structure that includes a carbon fiber grid as a reinforcement component is disclosed. The process includes forming a trench at a top surface of the concrete floor structure and placing a reinforcement material in the formed trench. Then, a concrete bonding agent is applied into the trench. Then, the trench is filled with concrete. As a result, the concrete floor structure is enhanced or repaired to have at least one additional reinforcement component other than the carbon fiber grid.
SLIP FORMING STRUCTURES USING MULTIPLE MOLDS
A method of slip forming a concrete structure can include using a first slip form mold that travels along a path to form a portion of a concrete structure by delivering a first flow of concrete into the first mold through a first hopper. The first hopper can be configured to receive the first flow of concrete. The portion of the concrete structure can be modified using a second slip form mold different from the first mold by advancing the second mold along the concrete structure and, while advancing the second mold, delivering a second flow of concrete into the second mold through a second hopper that is configured to receive the second flow of concrete.
METHOD FOR MODIFYING CONCRETE SLAB ON SUBSIDED GROUND
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for accurately modifying a concrete slab on subsided ground by injecting an expandable resin below the concrete slab more than once, which also allows for easy control of the work process. The method of the present invention as a means for resolution includes performing the following steps: on a concrete slab in an area including a region where ground subsidence has occurred, determining points to drill injection holes for injecting an expandable resin at a pitch of 0.5 to 2.0 m in a grid pattern or a staggered pattern; injecting an expandable resin below a point where the subsidence of the concrete slab is severest and expanding the expandable resin to push up the concrete slab at most 30 mm more than once.
SPRAY GUN
A swivel connector for a spray gun includes a first portion, the first portion including a first interior passage that extends entirely through the first portion along a longitudinal axis and a second a second interior passage that extends along a first axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The swivel connector also includes a second portion coupled to the first portion, the second portion including a third interior passage that extends entirely through the second portion along the longitudinal axis, and a fourth interior passage that extends along a second axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The swivel connector also includes a connector pin coupled to both the first portion and the second portion, wherein the connector pin includes a fifth interior passage that extends along the longitudinal axis.

DEVICE FOR STABILIZING AND REP AIRING CRACKS IN CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND A METHOD FOR ITS USE
The present concrete crack repair device (CCRD) can be comprised of two nodules connected by an elongated strip wherein the elongated strip can be narrower than the nodules in at least one plane. Both the elongated strip and the nodules can comprise carbon fibers wherein most of the carbon fibers are located within the same plane maximizing the tensile strength of the device. Installation of the CCRD can be performed by drilling holes into the surface of the concrete on either side of the crack and cutting a slot in the surface of the concrete between the two holes, or adding the holes after the slot has been cut, wherein the slot and holes are located in a line that is roughly perpendicular to the crack. The CCRD can then be installed by placing each nodule in a hole and the elongated strip within the slot.
