HYDRAULIC LIFT CAISSON FOR BUILDINGS AND OTHER HEAVY AND/OR LARGE OBJECTS
A hydraulic lift caisson for lifting buildings includes a pair of support columns fixed at first ends to a support column base plate and at second ends to an anchor plate, a lifting post disposed between the pair of support columns and fixed to a lifting post base plate, wherein the lifting post base plate slides along the pair of support columns, and a plurality of threaded lifting rods disposed between the support columns and the lifting post. The lifting post base plate slides along the pair of support columns together with the lifting post when the threaded lifting rods are lifted upward by hydraulic jacks disposed on the anchor plate.
Modular foundation support systems and methods including shafts with interlocking torque transmitting couplings
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including self-aligning and torque transmitting coupler features wherein a plurality of \ elongated ribs are aligned with a plurality of elongated grooves to rotationally interlock the modular foundation support components to one another.
Foundation support system shaft coupler fabrication and assembly
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including shafts provided with integrally formed coupler features on their respective distal ends. The coupler features are configured with a non-uniform wall thickness defining a plurality of sections of respectively different diameter to matingly couple the shafts to one another in a torque transmitting relationship. The coupler features may be integrally formed and fabricated on the distal end of each respective shaft.
Modular Enclosure Transfer System Including Rollers
A crane-free system for moving a pre-fabricated enclosure includes a beam system and a system of coordinated self-contained hydraulic jack units, which in conjunction allow a pre-fabricated enclosure to be lifted off a semi-trailer, positioned by rolling on the system of beams above a pre-laid foundation, and lowered to the foundation. Optionally, the sliding beam system may be rotated using rotatable rollers to allow the pre-fabricated enclosure to move in a rotated direction. Optionally, a centering device and hydraulic ram may be used to center the pre-fabricated enclosure on the foundation.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RAISING A STRUCTURE
A system and method for raising a structure, or part thereof, the system comprising vertical jack members connected and disposed about a rail system attached about the periphery of the structure. The vertical jack members comprise an outer sleeve and a slidable inner portion that is driven vertically by a jack screw and drive block. Extensible diagonal cross-braces stabilize the jack members and structure being raised.
Jackable building foundation system
A jackable building foundation system includes a steel beam support frame platform to which one or more platform jacks are attached. Vertical movement of the platform in response to jacking is constrained by cuboidal column guides at the four corners. Each of the column guides comprises two tiers of square roller frames, within each of which is an I-beam engaged between the flanges on either side by two rollers supported on horizontal axes. The orientations of the I-beams and rollers alternate orthogonally at each corner of the platform, so that torques generated by uneven jacking are suppressed and do not result in jamming of the platform as it rises. The system is remotely controlled and monitored by a digital device, such as a smartphone, using application software.
Move up apparatus and method in multi floor construction
An engineered structural frames capable of picking, lifting and moving houses or objects. A vertical transport to create a multi storey structure to its maximum height allowed by the building code. The frames are detachables, extendables and expandables to fit pre-determine length, width of buildings or objects. Easy to transport to sites locations because its design to fit a trailer load and no extra length or width to worry about. Can be assembled at jobsite and need a small area to unload delivery on tight spot.
Under development for use in pipeline and cable laying operation or recovery. With special attachments can be use for Environmental clean up works in waterways, rivers and streams. The prime movers for the apparatus are mobile cranes equipt with leveling and weight gauges to determine load capacity.
INTERLOCKING, SELF-ALIGNING AND TORQUE TRANSMITTING COUPLER ASSEMBLY, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONNECTING, INSTALLING, AND SUPPORTING FOUNDATION ELEMENTS
A self-aligning and torque transmitting coupler assembly includes an outer coupler coupled to a first shaft of and an inner coupler coupled to a second shaft. The outer coupler comprises an inner surface having primary and secondary alignment and torque transmitting features, and the inner coupler comprises an outer surface having primary and secondary alignment features. The primary and secondary alignment features are configured to interlock and facilitate alignment of the first and second shafts along a common axis in an exemplary application of a foundation support system.
