Habitable support structure for observation wheels
Systems and related methods related to structures with large-scale rotatable elements. Some of the present systems comprise: a tower defining a plurality of human-habitable spaces; a tower hub coupled to the tower and having a transverse dimension of at least 50 feet; an observation wheel rotatably coupled to the tower and having a central wheel hub; and one or more bearings disposed between the tower hub and the wheel hub to rotatably support the observation wheel relative to the tower.

MODULAR SYSTEM FOR FAST CONNECTION OF HABITABLE MODULES
The present invention refers to a modular system for fast connection of habitable modules (2) based on coupling standardized shipping containers to adjusted receiving structures (3). This system is based on a connecting plate system (1), habitable modules (2), a receiving structure (3), an alveolar structure (7) to connect said receiving structure (3) and automatic systems for transport, lifting, docking and coupling. The present invention refers also to a method of fast connection of habitable modules (2) within this modular structure.

Multi-function building
A multi-unit residential building having a perimeter residential units along the perimeter of the building, and a common area with occupiable spaces that are generally centrally located to the residential units creating two parallel corridors between the residential units and the common area for easy and efficient access to the common areas by residents of the residential units. The common area provides typical amenities and rooms normally found inside a private residential unit. A reservation system can be used to coordinate efficient use of the common areas. Non-residents can rent out the common areas with proceeds used to offset building costs to lower costs for the residents.

House construction structure
The present disclosure provides a house construction structure including: an odd-numbered floor, an even-numbered floor and outdoor private gardens. Living rooms of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, are vertically corresponding to each other; each living room is provided with one outdoor private garden. The outdoor private gardens of all living rooms of odd-floor houses which are vertically corresponding to each other, are vertically corresponding to each other and are located in an identical first direction; the outdoor private gardens of all living rooms of even-houses which are vertically corresponding to the odd-floor houses, are vertically corresponding to each other and are located in an identical second direction. Each living room of each house is located at an outer wall corner of each house; each living room of each house includes at least one outer wall corner and at least two adjacent outer walls in different directions, so that private gardens of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, are disposed on the two adjacent outer walls of the respective living rooms of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, and located in two different directions.

Multistory residential building with elevator served upper corridor
A mid-rise residential building with a garage section, a lower section disposed above the garage section, and an upper section disposed above the lower section is disclosed. The upper section includes a corridor that traverses the building, but the lower section does not include such a corridor. The garage section includes a plurality of private garages. The lower section includes at least a pair of multistory dwelling units, where each unit has a through unit floor plan and each unit provides direct access to a respective private garage. The upper section includes a corridor. The upper section also includes a single story dwelling unit that is primarily accessible from the corridor; and at least two multistory dwelling units that have respective entranceways disposed laterally across the corridor from the single story dwelling unit. Each of the multistory dwelling units has a second floor with portions directly above the corridor and the single story dwelling unit. An elevator serves the corridor of the upper section, but it bypasses the lower section.
