A magnetically shielded room reducing pressure felt by a person inside includes an upper shielding body, a side periphery shielding body, and a lower shielding body, all of which define a magnetically shielded inner space. A magnifying lens is located in the upper shielding body. The magnifying lens can magnify and project an incident image from outside to a range of one inner side surface of the magnetically shielded room. so that the range should be 50% or more of the area of the one inner side surface. The range includes most of the area above a line of sight of a person in the magnetically shielded room. The magnifying lens is provided at a position closer to the one inner side surface as a projection target of the lens than the other inner side surface as a non-projection target facing the one inner side surface as the projection target.

A living space is disclosed including one or more adjustable or reconfigurable rooms. A room may be made reconfigurable by including fixed walls and a frame that is mounted to move in a first direction between a first position coextensive with the fixed walls and a second position that is extended relative to the fixed walls. The room may further include panels mounted in the frame configured to move in a second direction, orthogonal to the first direction, to seal off a front of the room. In examples, the panels may store against the frame when not in use.

A low-slung movable personal booth includes two opposing sidewalls and a rear wall. A method and system for providing improved wall structures within a security cage includes one or more unique couplings that are provided at the intersection where two wall panels may join together. Each wall panel of the security cage may have two edges where each edge is designed to mate with another edge of a respective adjacent wall panel. Each edge may have a geometry that is one of two types: an open facing geometry and a closed facing geometry. Each open facing geometry edge is designed to mate with a closed facing geometry edge. This means that usually a first wall panel having an open facing geometry edge will mate with a second wall panel having a closed facing geometry edge and vice-versa. Each open facing geometry wall edge may have a first unique geometry and each closed facing geometry wall edge may have a second unique geometry.

Such an apparatus includes a frame having two opposing and spaced-apart side walls, an interior region within an interior of the apparatus and defined by and between the side walls, and one or more connecting members spanning the interior region and coupling the opposing side walls. Isolation barriers are coupled to the frame and extend outwardly from the interior region. The isolation barriers are configured to define an isolation zone surrounding the interior region that corresponds with the isolation area around an individual located within the interior region. An opening is providing for access by the individual to and from the interior region within the frame.
