Building Structure and Method of Construction
A modular building structure that utilizes a standard, unmodified intermodal shipping container both for transport of the structural components and as an integral element of the method of construction. A modular structure kit is enclosed in the shipping container, which can be transported using all means that are standard for ISO containers. Using the preferred method of construction, the shipping container can be situated without heavy equipment. Once situated, the shipping container provides the primary support for a permanent elevated structure composed of unique components, assembled using conventional building techniques without the necessary use of heavy or specialized equipment.
MOBILE INSULATION SYSTEM
Rigid wall shelters are used throughout the world for shipping, living quarters, and housing for electronic systems and are energy inefficient. While investigating energy-efficient technologies for rigid wall shelters the discovery was made to insulate the outside of the shelter rather than the inside. Space is often limited inside of the shelter. The invention of an external, re-deployable insulation system was developed. The present invention is an insulating system composed of three main components. The first component is multiple, purpose cut flexible envelopes filled with insulating materials (which creates a panel). The second component is multiple insulating strips that cover the joint between the panels. The final component is a weatherproof outer covering that protects the entire system from the elements.
Modular multi-container housing structure, multi-container interlock, and methods for manufacture of same
A modular multi-container housing structure connector for containers, which each have sides including a roof, a floor, and four lateral sides, includes a connector frame comprising vertical and horizontal struts shaped to connect to at least one of the sides of two adjacent containers and at least one interlock configured to secure the connector frame to the side of one container. The at least one interlock may be a plurality of interlocks. The connector frame may comprise two vertical struts and two horizontal struts each shaped and configured to connect to a respective edge of an adjacent side of two adjacent containers and, responsive to the connector frame being connected to two adjacent sides of two adjacent containers by the plurality of interlocks, the connector frame and interlocks form a container-to-connector frame-to-container connection to establish a weather-tight housing structure with the two or multiple connected containers.
Compact extendible height container and shelter
A shipping container can be extended in height when not in transit and is capable of being transported in carriers having limited cargo capacity such as cargo military support helicopters. There is further provided a collapsible portable containerized shelter which can be extended in height when not in transit and which is capable of being transported in carriers having limited cargo capacity such as cargo military support helicopters.
Shipping container expansion insert
An expansion insert for converting an ISO shipping container into a housing unit is provided, the insert having a compacted form reversibly convertible to a expanded form. The insert has a frame assembly torsionally hinged to a roof assembly and a floor assembly. Two pivot walls and a sidewall are also built into the insert. The insert may be compacted for shipping, expanded after insertion into an ISO container, and compacted again on the ISO container.

FOLDABLE ROOF FOR MOVABLE HABITATION
A movable dwelling includes a roof that is foldable. The roof may be foldably attached to an exterior wall, or the roof may have a first panel foldably connected to a second panel. The foldable roof may have a retracted position that allows the movable dwelling to be more easily transported, and an extended position that allows the movable dwelling to have a vaulted ceiling when installed. The movable dwelling is built according to industry standards, such as the International Building Code, HUD codes, ANSI 119.2, NPFA 1192, and federal motor safety codes. A method of forming the movable dwelling is also disclosed.
Surveillance unit with removable modules
There is disclosed a deployable surveillance, security and/or enforcement unit, comprising: a container configured for deployment from a vehicle or by air at a surveillance, security and/or enforcement location; and two or more removable modules having equipment for performing surveillance, security and/or enforcement operations, wherein the container has a housing with at least one opening for receiving the two or more modules into the container. The unit may be comprised as part of a vehicle. The advantage of this arrangement is that it is flexible and can be deployed to meet temporary requirements, changing requirements, and can be easily equipped to meet differing roles. The deployable surveillance, security and/or enforcement unit may comprise removable modules including: a command module; a reconnaissance module; a sampling and diagnostic laboratory module; a decontamination module; and/or a utilities module.
PLANT CONSTRUCTION MODULE, PLANT, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PLANT CONSTRUCTION MODULE, AND PLANT CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a plant construction module that is easily manufactured and easily transported. Provided is a plant construction module (10) for a plant configured to process fluid, the plant construction module including: a plant structural part (3, 12) including a pipe structural part (3) serving as a piping through which the fluid flows, a processing-unit structural part (21) serving as a processing unit configured to process the fluid to be transferred into/from the processing unit through the piping; and a frame unit (11), which has a contour enabling the frame unit to be arranged in a horizontal direction, or to be stacked in an up-and-down direction, wherein the plant structural part (3, 12) and the frame unit (11) have an integrated structure.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
A manufacturing facility (12) is provided. The manufacturing facility (12) includes one or more interconnectable modules (10). At least one of the one or more interconnectable modules (10) includes a housing (14) and a reactor (16) in 5 the housing (14). The housing (14) has at least one charging inlet (18) and at least one discharging outlet (20). The reactor (16) has at least one reactor inlet (22) coupled to the at least one charging inlet (18) of the housing (14) and at least one reactor outlet (24) coupled to the at least one discharging outlet (20) of the housing (14).
