Also presented herein is a process for making the gels which includes making the composition by taking the steps of purifying water to produce ultra-pure water, combining a salt to the ultra-pure water to create a salinated water, electrolyzing the salinated water at a temperature of 4.3 to 5.8° C. such that the electrolyzing is accomplished with an anode, cathode and power source such that the power source comprises a transformer and a rectifier and does not comprise a filter capacitor.
