POOL SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MAKING AND USING SAME
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an improved pool. Embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a method of making an improved pool. The pool can comprise an unitary sidewall joined to a floor portion. The unitary sidewall can be constructed from one piece of material, and can have fewer seams than traditional pools, thereby reducing the likelihood that that pool will rupture and leak. In some embodiments, since the pool has fewer seams than traditional pools, fewer manufacturing steps are required to make the pool. This can increase manufacturing speed and decrease cost.
Spa cabinet attachment
A spa cabinet construction system where horizontal panels on the sides are mounted with a horizontal clip strip that mates with horizontal snaps attached to vertical members, and where corner profiles are mounted with a vertical clip strips that mate with vertical snaps.
Pool systems and methods for making and using same
Embodiments of the present invention provide an improved pool. Embodiments of the present invention also provide a method of making an improved pool. The pool can comprise an integrated sidewall joined to a floor portion. The integrated sidewall can be constructed from one piece of material, and can have fewer seams than traditional pools, thereby reducing the likelihood that that pool will rupture and leak. In some embodiments, since the pool has fewer seams than traditional pools, fewer manufacturing steps are required to make the pool. This can increase manufacturing speed and decrease cost.
POOL AND SPA SHELLS AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURE
A pool shell comprising a pool shell body including an angled feature, wherein the angled feature defines an open region on an underside of the pool shell body. The pool shell may further comprise an insert positioned in the open region for providing structural support to the angled feature. The pool shell may further comprise an overlaying member positioned over the open region such that the insert is positioned between the underside of the pool shell body and the overlaying member, wherein the overlaying member is a substantially flat material for defining an exterior ramp surface extending over the open region defined by the angled feature.
Encapsulated panel systems
This application describes insulated panel systems with first and second encapsulated foam core panels having foam cores, coated with or otherwise encapsulated in a shell material. Front and back overlap members may be fixed to the first encapsulated foam core panel or the second encapsulated foam core panel to allow the insulated panel system to removeably cover a container around a perimeter of the container (i.e., in a lateral direction relative to the container). A drip edge and overlap member may be fixed to the first encapsulated foam core panel to allow the insulated panel system to removeably cover a container vertically along a height of the container (i.e., in a vertical direction relative to the container).
POOL WITH THERMAL INSULATION
The present disclosure provides a thermally insulated non-inflatable pool, including: a liner, having a water storage cavity; a frame, surrounding a perimeter of the liner; a connection member, fixing the liner to the frame; and a thermal insulation structure, at least a part of which is arranged between the liner and the frame. At least a part of the thermal insulation structure is attached to an outer surface of the liner; and/or, at least a part of the thermal insulation structure is attached to an inner surface of the frame. The present disclosure may reduce heat loss in the water storage cavity of the thermally insulated non-inflatable pool and prolong heat preservation time for water in the water storage cavity.
