MODULAR WALLED SPA AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION
Systems and methods for modular walled systems, such as modular walled spas and modular walled privacy fences and can protect pool and spa equipment from the public. In one embodiment, the modular walled system includes an outer frame disposed within a medial frame, and an inner frame disposed within the medial frame, wherein each frame includes a set of brace assemblies that connect to rebar grids. The brace assemblies may include a foot plate and threaded couplers. The wall system also provides protective room for electrical raceways and a secure anchor substrate to attach electronics, panels, boxes or lighting systems.
In-Wall Ladder for Swimming Pool
An in-wall ladder to be installed in a swimming pool, and a method of constructing the ladder, the ladder including a frame portion configured with a substantially flat front surface and a central opening, a plurality of step portions configured to extend back from the front surface of the frame portion, in a substantially parallel arrangement in the central opening, and a plurality of riser portions configured to extend back in the central opening at an angle from the front surface of the frame portion to a point proximate a back edge of each respective step portion located below each respective riser portion.
Lighting system and method
A lighting system includes a substrate of non-absorbent foam material having a first surface, an undercut groove formed in the first surface, and a light source disposed in the undercut groove. The lighting system can be used with various structures including, but not limited to spas, swimming pools, decks, marine products, and sheds.
System for forming swimming pool radius supports
A modular structure to form a swimming pool radius, and a method of constructing the same, the structure including a wall panel having front and rear surfaces, side surface members extending back from each of the two side edges of the wall panel, top surface members extending back from the top edge of the wall panel, bottom surface members extending back from the bottom edge of the wall panel, upper flange members respectively extending downward from a distal end of each of the top surface members, lower flange members respectively extending upward from a distal end of each of the bottom surface members, a top support band coupled to each of the upper flange members, and a bottom support band coupled to each of the lower flange members, the top and bottom support bands configured to maintain the wall panel in a predetermined arcuate configuration.
Prefabricated self-supporting module for making building structures, more particularly swimming pools
A prefabricated self-supporting module for making building structures, more particularly swimming pools, is provided. The module comprises a matrix made of foamed material and a supporting structure made of metal coupled to the matrix. The supporting structure made of metal may be embedded in the matrix made of foamed material (internal supporting structure) and/or cover the matrix made of foamed material (external supporting structure). Thanks to the provision of the supporting structure made of metal, the module is self-supporting, and it does not need any further reinforcements of reinforced concrete. Thanks to the provision of the supporting structure made of metal, the module can be used for making structural supporting elements such as floors, side walls, and so on. This module can be completely made and finished in the factory, so that the steps to be carried out on the construction site are extremely limited, with consequent economic saving.

The brace assemblies may include a foot plate and threaded couplers. The wall system also provides protective room for electrical raceways and a secure anchor substrate to attach electronics, panels, boxes or lighting systems.
Pool panel junction
Pools, methods of fabricating pools, and pool panel junctions are provided. The pool includes a first internal surface having a first radius; a second internal surface, for example, of a wading pool, having a second radius; a third internal surface having a third radius, different from the second radius; and a junction where the first internal surface transitions to the second internal surface at a first elevation and the first internal surface transitions to the third internal surface at a second elevation, different from the first elevation. The pool panel junction includes at least one elongated member having a pair of opposing sides defining planes that converge at an apex, such as, a triangular member, and wherein each of the opposing sides is adapted to engage an adjacent connector operatively mounted to a pool panel. An elongated pool panel structural member and a method of fabricating a pool are also provided.
Above-ground pool assembly apparatus
An above-ground pool wall assembly apparatus is disclosed which allows the single handed mounting of the pool wall along the pool wall bottom rail. The rolled up pool wall is mounted on a turntable and kept upright by a plurality of retainer posts. As the wall is unreeled a series of guide posts help separate the unreeled portion of the wall from the roll and guide the wall into position on the bottom rail. As the pool wall is progressively mounted along the bottom rail, the apparatus can be kept in the proper position by wheeling the apparatus around the bottom rail in coordination with the progress of the installation.
Freeform pool
A swimming pool consisting of a plurality of panels that withstands water pressure in both a concave and convex configuration to create any freeform shape or size. Each panel consists of an adhered wall of skinning of metal or plastic over expanded polystyrene or expanded urethane foam. The density of the foam is adjusted as necessary to increase the strength of the wall based on static loading of water when swimming pool is assembled as a whole and fully filled with water.
