SPA PERIPHERAL WALL AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLY
A method of manufacturing a spa including molding a plurality of side walls, cutting utility openings in said side walls, thereby producing cutouts which are then secured to the side wall and cover at least a part of the utility opening. The cutouts may cover the same utility opening from which it stems or a different utility opening from the same side wall or different side wall. The side walls may be made integral to the basin, such as in rotomolded spas, or made separate from the basin. Certain cutouts are rotated so as to have a major dimension of the cutout cover a minor dimension of the utility opening. Certain cutouts are trimmed from their initial size so as to cover a utility opening smaller than the utility opening from which it stems.
SWIMMING POOL CONSTRUCTION
A pool shell including a wall, a floor and a region of curvature running along a bottom of the wall and connecting the wall to the floor. A fastener-receiving formation, on an exterior of the region of curvature is for rigidly connecting the bottom to a support. Also discussed is a swimming pool including a pool shell, having a wall and two or more upright supports. The wall has a top, a bottom, a first elongate stiffening portion and an exterior. The upright supports are spaced along the exterior. The first elongate stiffening portion runs along the wall and is positioned more than 250 mm from each of the top and the bottom. Each of the upright supports are rigidly connected to the first elongate stiffening portion and at least one of the top and the bottom, and predominantly formed of elongate rigid members.
JOINT FOR SWIMMING POOL AND SWIMMING POOL
A joint for a swimming pool frame, and a swimming pool including the joint are provided. The joint includes a joint body including a leg pipe holder configured to have a leg pipe of the swimming pool frame inserted into the leg pipe holder. The joint also includes a side pipe holder configured to have a side pipe of the swimming pool frame inserted in the side pipe holder. A locking hole is formed through the side pipe holder. The joint body also includes a locking part including a locking pin configured to extend through the locking hole and through a corresponding connecting hole in the side pipe, thereby holding the side pipe to the side pipe holder.
Above ground pool
The present invention provides a above ground pool, comprising a flexible pool body. The flexible pool body comprises: a polygonal bottom sheet that comprises a plurality of edge portions; and a plurality of side sheets, each side sheet comprising a pool sidewall portion and a pool bottom portion, and each of the pool sidewall portions and each of the pool bottom portions being in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid. Each of pool sidewall portion comprises a first upper-base portion, a first lower-base portion and a first middle portion defined between the first upper-base portion and the first lower-base portion, and each of the pool bottom portion comprises a second upper-base portion, a second lower-base portion and a second middle portion defined between the second upper-base portion and the second lower-base portion. The first lower-base portion and the second lower-base portion coincide to define a junction of the pool sidewall portion and pool bottom portion. The first middle portions of the side sheets are successively connected to form a side wall of the above ground pool and the second middle portions are successively connected to form an outer ring of the bottom of the above ground pool. The second upper-base portions of the pool bottom portions are respectively connected to the edge portions of the bottom sheet. In the above ground pool of the present invention, joints are moved to a side wall of the swimming pool or the bottom of the swimming pool as much as possible, thereby reducing the length of joints passing through a heavily stressed area to the greatest extent, simplifying production processes, reducing costs, and reducing the probability of water leakage from the above ground pool.
Portable water park
A splash pad has a plurality of interlocking pallet assembly modules with each pallet assembly module having a supporting body and a water permeable layer and each water permeable layer connects to at least one adjacent water permeable layer to form a continuous water permeable walking surface. At least one tubular dispenser has at least one nozzle extending through the splash pad continuous water permeable walking surface. A pumping station has at least one pump and at least one water intake device. The splash pad, the tubular dispenser, and the pumping station inserts into a recession having water therein. The water intake device provides water from the recession to the at least one pump, so that the pump can drive water through the tubular dispenser to project through the nozzle onto the splash pad continuous water permeable walking surface.
Plunge pool
A pool, preferably a plunge pool, that can be prefabricated and on site installed in a short space of time is provided. The pool is integrally formed, resulting in a unitary pool shell having a floor, one or more sidewalls connected to the floor, a surface, such as a step or bench, extending from at least one of the sidewalls; and a peripheral wall extending from the surface to the floor.
PLUNGE POOL

The pool is integrally formed, resulting in a unitary pool shell having a floor, one or more sidewalls connected to the floor, a surface, such as a step or bench, extending from at least one of the sidewalls; and a peripheral wall extending from the surface to the floor.
