SWIMMING POOL WINTERIZATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A system and a method for performing an automated winterization process for a swimming pool or spa are provided. A temperature sensor collects a sensed temperature value, which is transmitted and processed by a control system of a connected aquatic system. Based on the sensed temperature value, the swimming pool or spa control system executes the automated winterization process for the swimming pool or spa. The automated winterization process includes displacing water with air using an air-moving device in a first loop path and a second loop path using one or more actuated automatic valves.

POOL HUB APPARATUS AND METHODS

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods for a pool hub. The pool hub may include a primary electrical system, a pump, a secondary electrical system that receives power from the primary electrical system; a converter; and an electrical outlet that receives power from the secondary electrical system; where the converter distributes power from the primary electrical system to the secondary electrical system. A number of sensors and/or devices associated with a pool may be powered via the secondary electrical system.

Publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex with a centerpiece man-made tropical-style lagoon and method for providing efficient utilization of limited use land

A publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex is disclosed, with a man-made tropical, pristine-clear lagoon as the centerpiece of the complex, with surrounding entertainment, educational, sports, and commercial facilities, the complex having controlled public access and providing the look and feel of a tropical beach with clear waters and sandy beaches. In addition a method for efficiently utilizing facilities and land that are vacant, underutilized, have limited uses, or that are contiguous to or nearby recreational, educational, sports, or commercial venues is disclosed. The method providing a publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex with a centerpiece man-made tropical-style pristine-clear lagoon. The method allows for generating revenue and increasing efficiency by pairing vacant sites, underutilized sites, limited use land, or sites that are contiguous to entertainment, educational, sports, and/or commercial venues with urban beach entertainment complexes. The complex preferably has a controlled public access, thereby allowing entrance upon payment of a fee.

SWIMMING POOL TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT EQUIPMENT

A swimming pool temperature adjustment equipment includes a container having a water inlet port and a water outlet port; a water circuit system and a dehumidifying and temperature adjustment device both arranged in the container, the water circuit system having a water inlet end connected to the water inlet port and a water outlet end connected to the water outlet port; the dehumidifying and temperature adjustment device used to dehumidify air and adjust temperature of water flow in the water circuit system; and a disinfection device connected to the water circuit system and used to disinfect the water flow in the water circuit system. The swimming pool temperature adjustment equipment has complete functions, which is convenient for handling and installation.

ESTIMATING POOL VOLUME SYSTEM AND METHOD

Various systems and methods for determining pool volume are provided. A method for calibrating a pool device for a swimming pool or spa comprises injecting a known quantity of a chemical tracer reagent into the pool water, circulating the pool water of the pool or spa system for a pre-determined period of time, and measuring the concentration of the chemical tracer reagent via a sensor. The method further includes the steps of calculating the volume of the pool or spa system based on the measured concentration, inputting the volume into a user interface in communication with a pool device, and automatically adjusting at least one operating parameter of the swimming pool or spa based on the volume.
