POOL COPING SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a bracket for creating continuous coping of a poured settable material over the edge of a structure, comprising: a spine with an upper portion for supporting a piece of formwork; and a means for temporarily mounting the bracket upon it surface. The means for temporarily mounting the bracket may comprise a suction cup. Also described is a method of creating continuous coping of a poured settable material over the edge of a structure, comprising the use of the bracket to support formwork creating a box into which the material is filled.
Formation aids for use in forming swimming pools and associated method
A formation aid, for use in the forming of receptacles in a swimming pool, includes a three-dimensional body having an essentially conical shape. The three-dimensional body of the formation aid includes a narrow end, for placement near an interior edge of the swimming pool during formation of the swimming pool; and a wide end, for placement remote from the interior edge of the swimming pool, in order to form a receptacle.
Swimming pool coping arrangements and mounting methods
Coping arrangements and methods for mounting coping arrangements for swimming pools and related structures are provided. The coping arrangements include an elongated base member shaped and adapted to be received by a wall of a swimming pool; and a plurality of elongated top members, each of the plurality of elongated top members are adapted to be replaceably mounted to the elongated base member, and each of the plurality of elongated top members having an exposed contour different from each of the other elongated top members. The different exposed contours of the top members of the coping arrangement may comprise different cross-sectional. Methods for changing a coping arrangement, coping arrangement kits, coping members, and methods for installing a pool are also disclosed.
MOLDING SYSTEM FOR SWIMMING POOL COPING
The system includes support sections and locking clips. Each support section has an L-shaped base portion, a back portion, and a flange for insertion into a slot in a track around the pool. so that when the track flange is inserted in the slot, part of the base portion extends down near the pool wall, part of the base portion extends away from the pool wall to a distal end, the back portion being attached to the distal end, the back portion extends above the track, and the locking hole is proximate to the slot. Each locking clip has a protrusion sized and configured to extend through the locking hole in the support section and into the slot in the track so that the clip abuts and supports the support section and is locked into place by a friction fit between the protrusion and the track.
PORTABLE ABOVEGROUND POOL AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE THEREOF
There is provided a method for manufacturing a portable aboveground pool, the method comprising removing at least a portion of a top panel of a shipping container and inserting a breadthwise vertical partition into the shipping container so as to define a swimming pool area at one end of the shipping container. The upper portion of the shipping container is removed to make allowance for a pool portion and upper decking is provided adjacent the pool portion for entering and exiting the pool portion. Stairs lead to the decking, and a gate selectively closes the stairs. The pool may have an under deck pool equipment storage space accessible via the existing doors of the container.

Pool cover assembly and systems
A pool cover assembly includes a first encapsulation member defining a first side of a pool cover encapsulation, the first encapsulation member comprising a first mating feature. The pool cover assembly further includes a second encapsulation member defining a second side of the pool cover encapsulation, the second encapsulation member comprising a second mating feature. And the pool cover assembly further includes a corner endcap member comprising a third mating feature and a fourth mating feature. The first encapsulation member is coupleable to the corner endcap by the first mating feature and the third mating feature, and the second encapsulation member is coupleable to the corner endcap by the second mating feature and the fourth mating feature. The corner endcap member couples with the first encapsulation member and the second encapsulation member to form a corner of the pool cover encapsulation.
Temporary pool cover and floor system
The innovation relates to a pool covering system that is usable as a flooring surface. The pool covering system includes brackets and support beams spanning the pool opening. The beams provide structural support to cross members and flooring placed on top of the beams. The pool covering system does not require significant drainage of the pool and does not damage the pool structure during installation and use.

Reusable Mold for Forming Swimming Pool Copings
A reusable pool mold for forming a swimming pool coping or overhang above a peripheral portion of pool water in accordance with the present invention includes multiple bracket members detachably secured to a liner receiver for a swimming pool. Each bracket having a lower portion of an outer vertical member integrally joined to an outer portion of a horizontal member, and having an inner portion of said horizontal member integrally joined to an upper portion of an inner vertical member. Each bracket member includes a securing member for detachably securing a bracket member to the liner receiver. The pool mold includes a form member that continuously extends above a water portion of a swimming pool; the form member receiving deformable material that ultimately solidifies, whereupon, the form member and brackets are removed from the solidified material to reveal a configured coping or overhang continuously extending above a peripheral portion of water inside the swimming pool.
