Swimming pool coping arrangements
Coping arrangements and methods for mounting coping arrangements for swimming pools and related structures are provided. The coping arrangements include an elongated base member shaped and adapted to be received by a wall of a swimming pool; and a plurality of elongated top members, each of the plurality of elongated top members are adapted to be replaceably mounted to the elongated base member, and each of the plurality of elongated top members having an exposed contour different from each of the other elongated top members. The different exposed contours of the top members of the coping arrangement may comprise different cross-sectional. Methods for changing a coping arrangement, coping arrangement kits, coping members, and methods for installing a pool are also disclosed.
FRAME POOL
A frame pool includes a pool body having a space for containing liquid and a support frame for supporting the pool body. The pool body has an upper edge with a sleeve. The support frame includes an upper frame extending through the sleeve and a plurality of support members holding the upper frame in an elevated position. The upper frame includes first upper tubes, second upper tubes, and connecting tubes connecting the first upper tubes to the second upper tubes. Collars are provided within assembling ends of the first and second upper tubes. Each end of each of the connecting tubes is movably inserted into a collar located within an assembling end of a corresponding one of the upper tubes. Anti-rust coatings on the outer surfaces of the connecting tubes can be prevented from being worn and water can be sealed out of the tubes of the upper frame.
Method of constructing an in-ground swimming pool and related form system
A method of constructing an in-ground swimming pool may include positioning outer form panels in side-by-side relation defining an outer form wall within an excavated area of ground corresponding to a desired in-ground swimming pool shape. Each outer form panel may have opposing inner and outer sides and a support member bracket extending from the outer side. The method may also include positioning inner form panels in side-by-side relation and in spaced relation from the inner side of the outer form panels to define an inner form wall. The inner and outer form walls may define a wall space therebetween, and each inner form panel may have opposing inner and outer sides. The method may also include coupling support members over the wall space and to the outer side of the inner form panels and to respective ones of the support member brackets.
Fiberglass pool body with built-in stress riser
A swimming pool assembly, including a preformed swimming pool body defining bottom floor member and at least one sidewall member connected thereto and extending therefrom, and a groundwater protection device positioned in the bottom floor member. The groundwater protection device defines a predetermined failure mode under applied external hydrostatic forces generated by groundwater to yield an aperture through the bottom floor member through which groundwater may flow into the fiberglass swimming pool body.
MODULAR POOL SYSTEM
Described are pool brackets for use in assembling a pool frame for a pool. The pool brackets may be used as a primary building block for constructing free-standing rectangular cuboid swimming pools. Also described are pool frames, pools, panels, including non-homogenous multi-function wall panels; and, kits for assembling pool brackets, pool frames, and pools.
Above-ground pool
An above-ground pool is provided including a base; a surrounding wall joined to the base; and a pool liner, detachably connected to an inner side of the surrounding wall, the pool liner defining a water storage space therein. A support assembly of the pool comprises: horizontal and vertical support members, first connecting members, each connecting an upper end of one of the vertical support members to two of the horizontal support members, and second connecting members, each connecting a lower end of one of the vertical support members to the base. Each of the first connecting members has a first insertion slot having a shape corresponding to one of the vertical support members. Each of the second connecting members has a second insertion slot having a shape corresponding to one of the vertical support members.
Methods for changing a coping of a swimming pool
