Steel structure cooling tower

The present invention provides a steel structure cooling tower, including a truss system, a hyperbolic enclosure plate system and an opening-closing system. Hoop trusses and meridional trusses are connected crisscross to form a force transfer structure of the steel structure cooling tower, thereby improving the overall stability of a tower body of the cooling tower and reducing the wind pressure on the tower body. An enclosure plate is mounted on the hoop truss by an enclosure plate bracket assembly, the opening-closing system is laid on the hoop truss, and a wind and rain sensor is installed on a hoop truss on the top of the tower body of the cooling tower. When typhoon rain exceeds a limiting value, an opening-closing posture of the hyperbolic enclosure plate is adjusted, so that the steel structure cooling tower can open the enclosure plate to reduce a wind load acting on the tower body.

The segments are preferably molded fiberglass composite structures having integrally molded vertical and horizontal ribs and a horizontal rib stiffener which connects horizontal ribs of adjacent segments. A top ring stiffener is provided at the junction of each two adjacent segments in the top ring flange. Lifter bars may be provided inside a central vertical rib of the segment to secure cables or straps to hoist an assembled fan cylinder into its final location or to secure a safety harness for workers servicing equipment in the interior space defined by the fan cylinder.

Skid-mounted cold box and its prefabricated structure and assembly method

The present invention relates to a skid-mounted cold box and its prefabricated structure and assembly method. Each prefabricated structure includes a framework and a first panel that is used to enclose sides of the framework. Ring beams of two adjacent prefabricated structures are connected through bolts on site. A second panel connected through bolts encloses the gap between ring beams of the two adjacent prefabricated structures from sides. The present invention cancels all field welding seams and omits the field welding and nondestructive testing operations. The crane can be dismissed after the upper prefabricated structure of the cold box is lifted into place and bolts corresponding to columns on ring beams are connected. The present invention guarantees the connection strength of steel structures relying on bolt-based connection between ring beams and the second panel connected through bolts guarantees the airtightness of the cold box. This effectively reduces field assembly work and saves time and cost.
