A wheeled land vehicle covering system configured for one-person operation, the covering system having a covering system frame composed of a plurality of spaced apart uprights which support an overhead track from which a vehicle cover is suspended that is extendable along the track to cover a vehicle and which is retractable to uncover the vehicle. Each one of the uprights is height adjustable to adjust how far a top of the cover is above a roof of a vehicle to maintain a ventilation space therebetween. The cover is configured for one-person removal for storage when it is disposed in the fully retracted position. Such a cover also is configured for one-person installation when it is desired to reinstall the cover. The cover is attached by a hanger arrangement that enables extension and retraction of the cover by enabling relative extensible and retractable movement of the cover along the track.

A storage unit for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) includes a container, a UAV landing platform, and a receptacle. The container is provided for enclosing the UAV. The receptacle is positioned above the UAV landing platform and it includes at least one inclined surface for guiding a landing UAV to a predetermined UAV landing position on the UAV landing platform.

A motorized garage extension connected to a garage and a driveway, the motorized garage extension including a plurality of walls connected to the garage to move from retracted against the garage in a first position to at least partially extended away from the garage in a second position, and move from extended away from the garage in the second position to retracted against the garage in the first position, a plurality of wall receiving tracks disposed on at least a portion of the driveway, each of the plurality of wall receiving tracks to move of at least one of the plurality of walls in response to movement of the plurality of wall receiving tracks, and a roof unit connected to at least a portion of the plurality of walls to cover at least one of the plurality of walls, the plurality of wall receiving tracks, and the driveway in an extended position, and expose at least one of the plurality of walls, the plurality of wall receiving tracks, and the driveway in a retracted position.

A solar carport system has a framework comprising metal tubing and connection fittings, the framework having a length, a width and a height and rectangular faces on top, ends and sides, a plurality of wheel assemblies at a lowermost location on the framework, enabling the framework to be moved on the wheels on a supporting surface, a plurality of solar panels assembled to the framework in the top rectangular face, such that an active surface of each solar panel faces upward, and circuitry and wiring connecting the solar panels to a cable ending in a connector compatible with and connected to an inverter.

An apparatus for raising and lowering a vehicle cover is provided. The apparatus includes a flexible member having a first end and a second end, the flexible member configured to flex so that, with the first end positioned adjacent to a vehicle and the second and positioned generally higher than the vehicle, the second end raises the vehicle cover up from the vehicle and lowers the vehicle cover down towards the vehicle. The second end of the flexible member is configured to retain the vehicle cover.

An apparatus for raising and lowering a vehicle cover is provided. The apparatus includes a flexible member having a first end and a second end, the flexible member configured to flex so that, with the first end positioned adjacent to a vehicle and the second and positioned generally higher than the vehicle, the second end raises the vehicle cover up from the vehicle and lowers the vehicle cover down towards the vehicle.
