Suspension lift
A suspension lift apparatus includes a platform, a plurality of direction changing sheaves and lifting sheaves mounted to the platform, a plurality of cables and a lifting mechanism positioned on the platform. Ends of cables mounted above the platform extend through the sheaves and are coupled at the opposite cable ends to the lifting mechanism disposed on the platform. Actuation of the lifting mechanism causes the platform to rise or descend. The cables are anchorable to a structure such as a ceiling above the platform. The suspension lift apparatus may include legs to provide an overhead anchor point.

Door apparatus and parking apparatus equipped therewith
A door apparatus for closing an access opening and to a parking apparatus equipped therewith. The door apparatus has two vertically aligned guide rails and an inner and an outer door element which are each movably mounted in/on a vertically aligned inner or outer guide of the guide rails. In a closed position, the inner door element is arranged in a first region of the access opening which is situated lower than a second region in which the outer door element is arranged. In an open position, the inner and the outer door element are arranged in a third region of the access opening which is situated higher than the first and the second region. Furthermore, the door apparatus has a locking element and a coupling element.
Slide platform
A sliding platform system for moving a vehicle parked on a platform, the sliding platform system including at least one rail and at least one vehicle platform slidably movable upon the at least one rail, a chain drive assembly comprising a chain, motor and sprockets, a chain guide channel positioned adjacent the at least one rail, and at least one latching mechanism mounted to the platform and slidably engaged in the chain guide channel, wherein the chain drive assembly is operably coupled to the latching mechanism and wherein a portion of the chain is positioned in the chain guide channel, wherein the chain guide channel includes at least one detent operable to engage the latching mechanism when the latching mechanism is positioned in alignment with the detent and to disengage the chain from a chain engagement element in the latching mechanism. The chain drive assembly is operable to move one or more platforms along the rail to pre-selected positions. The system may include a latch set device operable to move the latch mechanism to an engaged state with the chain.

SCISSOR-LIFT FOR VEHICLES
A parking lift for vehicles. The parking lift includes a platform on which a vehicle can be parked and lifted by a pair of scissor-lifts configured to raise and lower the platform to enable parking of a second vehicle beneath the platform. A deck of the platform is provided with a gradual slope throughout its length to enable vehicles with low ground clearance to travel onto the platform without contacting an underside of the vehicle with the deck. The scissor-lifts each include a leg with a recessed portion that increases a spacing between a door of a vehicle parked under the platform and the leg and thus a range of motion available to the door. A pad may be disposed on the leg in the recessed portion to protect the door against damage caused by contacting the leg.
Dynamic insulated roof curbs for use with mechanical units
A structurally reinforced insulated dynamic roof curb for securely fastening a mechanical unit thereon is disclosed. The structurally reinforced insulated dynamic roof curb is generally comprised of a plurality of sheet-metal capture tracks positioned on the roof to define a generally rectangular or square configuration, a plurality of structurally reinforced insulated sheet-metal encased support members positioned within the plurality of capture tracks, a plurality of vertically extending support tubes joined together with a plurality of spanning cross-support tubes within the encased support members, wherein the cross-support tubes span between the vertically extending support tubes, and wherein the vertically extending support tubes are spaced apart and positioned along the length of the insulated sheet-metal encased support member thereby defining the structurally reinforced insulated dynamic roof curb. A mechanical unit is fastened onto optional seismic isolators that are selectively positioned on the top surfaces of the structurally reinforced insulated dynamic roof curbs.
Apparatus for parking objects with a horizontally oriented drive
An apparatus for parking objects, in particular vehicles, is provided. The apparatus includes at least one platform which can be moved by a movement device and which has a parking surface, at least one drive which is part of the movement device, and at least one traction means which is part of the movement device. The traction means connects an anchor point to the movement drive. The drive is configured as a linear drive which includes a stationary base part and a connecting element which is linearly movable with respect thereto. The movement direction of the connecting element is substantially horizontal.

Apparatus and system for multi-level parking
A device includes a plurality of support elements pivotably attached to a base. The support elements are pivotably attached to support arms. The support arms support a platform configured to hold a vehicle. The device is capable of moving between stacked and unstacked configurations, where the platform is elevated above a ground-level parking space when the device is in a stacked configuration and the platform is positioned behind or beside a ground-level parking space when the device is in an unstacked configuration. When changing between a stacked configuration and an unstacked configuration, the support elements and the support arms pivot such that the platform does not contact any vehicle parked underneath the platform.
