The present disclosure relates to the cosmetology field, in particular to an activated revitalizing lotion and its preparation method and application. A preparation method of an activated revitalizing lotion comprises the steps of: mixing an isolated blood sample, ozone-oxygen mixture and sodium citrate, and centrifuging the mixed blood sample at 1800-2000 r/min for 9-10 min to obtain a plasma supernatant for use as an activated revitalizing lotion; the ozone-oxygen mixture has an ozone concentration of 42.8-171.4 μg/L and added in an amount of 2.3-3.2 L/1 L of the isolated blood sample; and sodium citrate is added in an amount of 0.2-0.3 mg/1 L of the isolated blood sample. The activated revitalizing lotion prepared by the preparation method of the present disclosure shows improved effect in repair and revitalization of skin or subcutaneous tissues.

When GAG is hyaluronic acid complexed with a modified starch, a transdermal delivery method is provided for facilitating delivery of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid into deep layers of the epidermis and to the dermis in a non-invasive, convenient and painless way. This transdermal delivery method may be applied in treatment of skin aging phenomena associated with collagen and/or hyaluronic acid depletion or loss.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a crosslinked gel of at least one polysaccharide or a salt thereof, comprising at least the steps consisting in: a) providing a solution formed from an aqueous medium comprising at least said polysaccharide(s) or a salt thereof in a non-crosslinked form, at least one difunctional or multifunctional epoxide crosslinking agent chosen from butanediol diglycidyl ether, diepoxyoctane, 1,2-bis(2,3-epoxypropyl)-2,3-ethylene, and mixtures thereof, and at least one phosphate salt; b) crosslinking the solution from step a) and, where appropriate; c) recovering said crosslinked gel formed.
