Insulated tent
A collapsible tent with quilted reflective covering fabric is formed from a plurality of hubs that connect outward extending struts. The struts define the shape of the walls and roof by supporting an expanse of at least translucent fabric extending from a hub are disposed in the center of each sidewall of the tent and a polygonal slanted roof. The strut ends from the slanted roof panels are held in stitched elongated pockets at the roof corners which are adjacent the stitched pockets that support sidewall struts. The tent has sealable vents and portal for one or more of power cords, ventilations ducts and water or drains hoses.
Multi-layer shelter insulation system
A portable, insulated shelter consists of flexible inner and outer layers, lightweight fabric panels located therebetween, and connected to each other, a suitable support frame, and a system, such as a HVAC unit and a suitable connector, for actively controlling the interior environment of the shelter. The shelter may be used to protect and provide livable conditions in harsh, remote locations. Methods of selectively installing and removing the fabric panels are also provided, along with methods of setting up and disassembling the shelter.
Portable shelter with outer vinyl and low emissivity layers
A portable shelter with low emissivity is provided for sheltering materials or human occupants at a remote location. The shelter has a flexible, multi-layer cover, including a vinyl material, reflective material located inside and immediately adjacent to the vinyl material, and insulation material located inside the reflective material. The low- vinyl cover is lightweight and thermally efficient. The shelter may be adapted for use with interior-climate control equipment at the remote location.
PORTABLE STRUCTURE WITH SOLAR SHADE
A portable structure including a solar shade is disclosed. The portable structure includes a frame comprising at least two beams, a main panel extending between the at least two beams, and a solar shade. The solar shade includes at least one solar shade panel spaced above the main panel by at least one inflatable beam to create a space between the solar shade panel and the main panel. The space creates an insulative layer to help regulate an interior temperature of the portable structure.

The solar shade includes at least one solar shade panel spaced above the main panel by at least one inflatable beam to create a space between the solar shade panel and the main panel. The space creates an insulative layer to help regulate an interior temperature of the portable structure.
Heated inflatable exercise chamber with gas-permeable inner membrane
An inflatable exercise chamber (100) for performing exercise therein, the inflatable exercise chamber comprising (100); one or more walls (102) defining an enclosed space, wherein the wall (102) comprises an inner membrane (110, 210) and an outer membrane (112) defining an inflatable cavity (114) therebetween, wherein the inner membrane (110) of the wall is a gas-permeable membrane (210).

The space creates an insulative layer to help regulate an interior temperature of the portable structure.
Heat reflective shield
A lightweight heat reflective shield useful for hikers and campers to reflect heat from a campfire back toward themselves. The heat reflective shield includes a base panel and a concave body portion attached to and extending upward from the base panel and supported by at least two inflatable ribs. The concave body portion includes an open front face along a front edge of the base panel, an inner side, and an outer side, wherein at least a portion of the inner side includes a heat reflective material. When the inflatable ribs are filled with air, the heat reflective shield may accommodate a standing or seated person, and when positioned adjacent a heat source, the heat reflective material of the inner side reflects heat from the heat source back toward the heat source.
Insulated tensioned sheet wall system for a building
An insulated wall system for a building includes a sheet assembly spanning across an opening in a building frame. The sheet assembly includes an outer plastic sheet member at an, an inner plastic sheet member at an interior, and a core layer of heat insulating material between the inner and outer sheet members. One or more perimeter boundaries of the sheet assembly includes a tensioning pocket formed on the inner sheet member to receive a frame member therein such that a tensioning mechanism can apply tension between the frame member in the pocket and a corresponding boundary of the building opening to tension the sheet assembly. The outer sheet member is joined to the inner sheet member about a perimeter while the core layer is bonded to both sheet members to transfer tension of the inner sheet member through all layers of the sheet assembly.
