The present invention provides a modular, nonconductive barrier assembly for enclosing or partitioning an area. The modular, nonconductive barrier assembly includes a number of wall panels each having multiple nonconductive posts arranged in a common plane and separated by a gap. The nonconductive posts are connected by a number of connecting rods. Each wall panel is arranged in an upright orientation on a support surface. A number of support assemblies each having a base and at least one support arm support the wall panels in an upright orientation. The base of each support assembly is positioned on a support surface, a proximal end of the support arm is releasably connected to the base and a distal end of the support arm is releasably connected to a wall panel to support the same.

A collar assembly for retrofitting a barrier to one or more bollards comprises a barrier and at least one collar adapted to fit around each of bollard. Each collar comprises two or more openings. Each opening is configured to receive a barrier mounting device or a securing element. Each collar has at least one securing element configured to affix the collar to the one or more bollards. Each collar has at least one barrier mounting device configured to attach the barrier to the one or more bollards. The barrier is mounted to each barrier mounting device.

Disclosed is a fence post to be coupled to a flexible (e.g., mesh) fence to hold the fence above the ground. The fence post has a shaft to be driven into the ground. A downturned lower fence engaging hook extends from the bottom of the shaft to engage the bottom of the fence. The lower fence engaging hook is embedded in the ground along with the shaft of the fence post in order to hold the bottom of the fence against the ground. The fence post also has an upturned upper fence engaging hook extending from the top of the shaft to engage the top of the fence and hold the top of the fence up and above the ground. An upturned intermediate fence engaging hook extends from the shaft of the fence post between the lower and upper fence engaging hooks to engage the middle of the fence and hold the middle up and above the ground.

An exemplary portable barrier of the present disclosure has a first panel, a second panel connected to the first panel using a first connector, and a third panel connected to the second panel using a second connector, wherein the first panel, the second panel, and the third panel each have a first surface and an opposing second surface, wherein the first connector connects the first surface of the first panel and the first surface of the second panel, and wherein the second connector connects the second surface of the second panel and the second surface of the third panel.
