APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MOLD AND MYCOTOXIN REMEDIATION
A system and method for a mold and mycotoxin remediation system and method is provided. One embodiment serially accesses each one of a plurality of acoustic energy clips that are configured to kill a mold or eliminate a mycotoxin of interest, generates an acoustic energy content signal based on the acoustic energy information of the serially accessed plurality of acoustic energy clips, communicates the generated acoustic energy content signal to a speaker, wherein the speaker emits acoustic energy based on the communicated acoustic energy content signal such that the emitted acoustic energy kills mold or eliminates mycotoxins.
AN ULTRASONIC IRRIGATOR DEVICE FOR IN-BODY CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
Nanoparticles are suspended in a fluid medium which is activated using an ultrasonic transducer in contact with the fluid medium. The fluid may be injected into a body cavity and ultrasonically activated to induce a cavitation effect. The body cavity may contain a natural or artificial hard surface, inflamed or with a biofilm harnessing bacteria, such as a bone, joint or implant, as well as the surrounding tissue. In an embodiment, a treatment device may be used before, during or after a procedure such as a minimally invasive or open surgery to disinfect the body cavity via irrigation with liquid containing suspended nanoparticles and ultrasonically activated. The irrigation device may supply the cavity with the liquid and include therein an ultrasonic transducer. The cleaning and disinfecting process may be performed as treatment of infection in absence of another surgical procedure.
Systems and methods for disinfection
A disinfecting system includes a housing. An ultraviolet light (UV) source is secured to the housing and configured to emit UV light for disinfection of a target. A processor is secured to the housing in communication with the UV light source. The processor is configured to activate the UV light source for a selected amount of time suitable for disinfection of the target.

Systems and methods for reducing contaminants in a portion of a patient
Systems and methods for reducing pathogens near an implant are discussed. In some cases, the methods include reducing contaminants in a portion of a patient that has an implant and that is disposed interior to a closed surface of skin of the patient. The method can further include placing a conduit in the closed surface of skin and flowing an antimicrobial fluid into that portion of the patient to contact the antimicrobial fluid with a surface of the implant and tissue adjacent to the implant. In some cases, the antimicrobial fluid is then removed from the portion of the patient having the implant. As part of this method, biofilm near the implant can be mechanically, ultrasonically, electrically, chemically, enzymatically, or otherwise disrupted. Other implementations are described.
UV RADIATION DEVICES AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The present invention features devices, systems, and methods of use thereof for delivering therapeutic or sterilizing ultraviolet (UV) radiation, such as UVC or UVA radiation.
