A vehicle lock device includes a base including an entry groove for entry of a striker, a latch that pivots between a restraining position to restrain the striker and a release position to release the striker and also to allow entry of the striker, a locking lever engaging the latch and holding the latch in the restraining position, and a torsion spring that presses the striker rearward in an entry direction when a first arm portion comes into contact with the striker, and that applies an elastic force to the latch toward the release position when the first arm portion engages the latch. The first arm portion of the torsion spring is disengaged from the latch when the first arm portion is pushed down in the entry direction by the striker.

Pop-up structure of tail gate

A pop-up structure of a tail gate may include a tail gate disposed to open and close a passage of a vehicle body, a striker to be fixed to the vehicle body, a locking device mounted on the tail gate and locked to the striker to fix the tail gate to the vehicle body, and a pop-up device disposed at the tail gate and pushing against the striker by a predetermined distance to lift the tail gate by a corresponding predetermined height when the locking device is unlocked from the striker, in which the pop-up device may include a bracket mounted on the tail gate, a pop-up lever rotatably disposed about a pop-up lever pin on the bracket, a rotation lever rotatably disposed about a rotation lever pin, and a push home pushing the striker, and a pop-up lever spring elastically supporting the pop-up lever to rotate in one direction.

Home appliance device and method for assembling a home appliance device

For the purpose of improving properties regarding construction a home appliance device, in particular a home chiller appliance device, is proposed. The device has at least one main body defining at least one storage space; at least one door mounted to the main body and featuring at least one sealed door section that forms at least a portion of a front wall of the storage space; and at least one protrusion unit arranged next to the sealed door section outside the storage space and protruding from the door towards the main body.

Door latch, lock and open mechanism for medical device treatment system

A latch and lock assembly includes a lever pivotable between a latched and unlatched position. A first actuator selectively moves a locking tab between a locked and unlocked position. In the locked position, the locking tab blocks pivotable movement of the lever from the latched position to the unlatched position. In the unlocked position, the locking tab allows pivotable movement of the lever from the latched position to the unlatched position. A second actuator selectively rotates a door opening tab between a first and second position when the locking tab is in the unlocked position is included. When the door opening tab is in the first position the lever is in a latched position, and when the door opening tab is rotated from the first position to the second position, the door opening tab abuts the lever and urges the lever from the latched position to the unlatched position.

Vehicle liftgate striker and latch construction

Several vehicle liftgate striker and latch constructions are disclosed. The striker includes a striker base from which at least one striker pin extends. A latch, having a latch cover, is configured to be mounted on a vehicle liftgate, for juxtaposition to the striker base when the liftgate is closed and the latch engages the at least one striker pin. The striker includes a reactor structure for making contact with the latch cover, when the liftgate is closed, for controlling lateral movement of the latch relative to the striker base. The reactor structure preferably includes at least one roller mounted on a roller support, The latch cover has at least one side which Is angled, so as to exert force, having a lateral component, on the reactor structure. The at least one angled side of the latch cover may Include a detent, for providing additional restraining force, when the liftgate is in the closed position.

FOOT ACTUATED DOOR OPENER
20190128022 · 2019-05-02 ·

A door opener adapted to allow a user to open a door without requiring the use of a hand. The door has an automated latching system with a wireless receiver. The door opener has a bracket with a substantially rigid base plate that cradles a human foot. A set of screws attach the bracket to the door near the door bottom. The bracket supports a switch housing with a wireless transmitter and a switch. A pressure plate positioned on the bracket triggers the switch to send a wireless signal to the latching system receiver, which unlatches the door. The user can then swing the door with the user's foot on the bracket.

Hardware for a lift glide door assembly and lift glide window assembly provides ease of opening with an operational opening assist that urges the door or window to an open position on operation of an opening handle by use of a cable drive system. A lock mechanism actuates a lock pin, blocks opening gear mechanisms from operating and extends a security bolt for locking. A guide blade is provided for assisting the door during opening or closing operations.

Panel configurable access door

An access door may include a core, first and second stiles defined along opposites sides of the core such that the core between the first and second stiles defines a recessed pocket with each of the first and second stiles defining a channel therein extending longitudinally along an inwardly-facing edge thereof, bottom and top elongated panels each defining tongue members at opposite sides thereof and configured to be received transversely in the recessed pocket with the tongue members received within the channels defined along the inwardly-facing edges of the first and second stiles, wherein, with the top and bottom elongated panels received in the recessed pocket, exterior faces of the first and second stiles, exterior faces of the top and bottom elongated panels, and an exposed surface of the recessed pocket between the top and bottom elongated panels define an exterior surface of one side of the door.

Handle mechanism and casing assembly including the same

A handle mechanism is to be mounted on a slidable plate and to slide the slidable plate relative to a chassis. The handle mechanism includes a handle and an engagement component. The handle is adapted to be pivotably disposed on the slidable plate so as to have an engaged position and a disengaged position. The engagement component is slidably disposed on the handle and adapted to contact the chassis to slide the slidable plate into the chassis. The engagement component has a contact surface, and the contact surface has an edge located away from an axis of the handle. A distance between the edge of the contact surface of the engagement component and the axis of the handle in the engaged position is smaller than a distance between the edge of the contact surface of the engagement component and the axis of the handle in the disengaged position.
