Keyed lockset operable by pivoting actuator about a first axis or a second axis

A lockset (10) is actuable by pivoting a lever (14,16) about a longitudinal axis of the lockset (10) by rotating the lever (14,16) and by pivoting the lever (14,16) about an axis transverse to the lockset axis, such as by pushing or pulling. The lockset (10) includes an inside lever (14) and an outside lever (16), each associated with an independent mechanism, each of which can independently actuate the lockset (10). A keyed locking cylinder (250) is disposed axially in the outside lever (16) and pivots with the outside lever (16). The keyed lock cylinder (250) has an opening that pivotably engages an actuator (260). The actuator (260) extends into a retractor assembly (33) of the lockset (10) and is configured to perform an unlocking or locking function when actuated.

LOCK SET TRANSMISSION MECHANISM
20180313114 · 2018-11-01 ·

A lock set transmission mechanism includes a lock case, a lock core, a transmission rod, a supporting member and a fixing member. The lock core is arranged on the lock case and configured to be driven by a key to rotate relative to the lock case. The transmission rod has a first end configured to be connected to a latch, and a second end. The supporting member includes a first supporting ring sleeved on the lock core, a second supporting ring configured to support the second end of the transmission rod, and at least one supporting rib connected to the first and second supporting rings. The fixing member is configured to fix the supporting member to the lock core. Wherein, when the lock core is rotated relative to the lock case, the transmission rod is driven by the lock core to rotate, in order to move the latch.

HOUSING FOR REMOVABLE LOCK CORE
20180119448 · 2018-05-03 ·

A housing configured to accept a rekeyable lock core for use in lockable enclosures. The housing is configured to use a lock core that is designed for deadbolt and door lever/knob operation. The housing allows a rekeyable lock cylinder to be used in one's home as well as other enclosure enclosures. A common key may therefore be used for all devices as the lock core is of a rekeyable design.

Interchangeable lock assembly

A lock assembly includes a lock housing with an annular wall separating an end wall and a face. A core is received in an opening disposed in the face. The core defines a keyway disposed in rotational engagement with an end portion for actuating the lock assembly between locked and unlocked positions. A drive member is rotationally interconnected with the end wall of the housing. The drive member is disposed in driven engagement with the end portion of the core. An adapter defines a generally X-shaped slot and is fixedly attached to the end portion. A tail piece is received by the slot. The tail piece defines an elongated substantially flat appendage including a proximal end retained in the adapter and a distal end extending outwardly from the adapter. The proximal end is twisted relative to the distal end between generally 40 and 50 degrees.

Assist handle for vehicle

An assist handle apparatus for a vehicle having a mounting plate positioned at a handgrip may include a damping mechanism having a hinge pin connected to the handgrip; hinge ends positioned at first and second sides of the mounting plate, wherein a damper seat is formed in a space defined between the hinge ends; a damper that is inserted in the damper seat with the hinge pin passing through the damper and the hinge ends, the damper having first and second damping ends protruding at a first side and a second side of an outer circumference of the damper respectively; and a stopper that is formed on an inner side of a hinge portion of the handgrip, wherein the stopper damps rotation shock in both rotation directions of the handgrip when the stopper selectively contacts with the first damping end or the second damping end according to rotation of the handgrip.

Cylinder dry lock assembly

A door assembly includes a door having opposing first and second surfaces and a hole defined in the door and extending between the first and second surfaces, a cylinder lock mounted to the second surface at the hole, and a cylinder dry lock assembly mounted to the door at the hole adjacent the first surface. The cylinder dry lock assembly including a main body that defines a central orifice, a low-friction member received within the central orifice, and an actuation mechanism extending from the low-friction member and engageable with the cylinder lock. Actuating the cylinder lock rotates the actuation mechanism, and the cylinder dry lock assembly generates a sealed interface at the hole that prevents water from migrating between the first and second surfaces at the hole.

KEY CYLINDER DEVICE FOR VEHICLE DOOR

A key cylinder device includes: a key cylinder that is turnable between an operation position at which a door lock device can be switched and a non-operation position at which the door lock device cannot be switched; a pulling member that is moved in a first direction by turning of the key cylinder from the non-operation position to the operation position and is moved in a second direction by the turning of the key cylinder from the operation position to the non-operation position; and a connecting mechanism for connecting the pulling member to the door lock device. In the key cylinder, a first biasing member that biases the key cylinder from the operation position to the non-operation position is disposed. In the connecting mechanism, a second biasing member that biases the pulling member to move in the second direction is disposed.
