Disc tumbler cylinder lock and key combination
A combination of a disc tumbler cylinder lock and a key. The disc tumbler cylinder lock includes rotation limiting device for the key and a guiding element. The key includes grooves for the guiding element, which has two rails making up some of said rotation limiting device, and both of the rails include at least one limiter protrusion arranged to facing inward in the disc tumbler cylinder lock. The key includes at least one recess for the limiter protrusions. The rotation limiting device further includes a front guide having the rails in association therewith. The front guide and the rails are arranged to allow the key, which is in a basic position in the disc tumbler cylinder lock, to be turned for releasing the locking of the disc tumbler cylinder lock.
DISC TUMBLER CYLINDER LOCK
A disc tumbler cylinder lock has a lock cylinder base, multiple discs, and multiple gaskets. The lock cylinder base has an accommodating space, a position limiting opening, and an accommodating opening. Each of the discs has a position limiting protrusion and a disc notch. Each of the gaskets has a ring body, a position limiting segment, and a rotation limiting segment. The position limiting segment protrudes outward from an outer annular surface of the ring body along a radial direction. The rotation limiting segment protrudes from the position limiting segment along an axial direction of the lock sleeve. The discs and the gaskets are staggeredly accommodated in the accommodating space. A side surface of the position limiting protrusion abuts a side surface of the position limiting opening. Two sides of the position limiting segment abut two opposite sides of the position limiting opening.
Detainer disc locking system which forms a deviated picking path
A locking system has a lock cylinder rotatable within a lock housing and a side bar movable relative to channels within the lock cylinder and lock housing between locked and released conditions of the lock cylinder. An idler block within the lock cylinder has a key channel receiving a key therein so that the key and idler block rotate together relative to the lock cylinder. Annular detainer discs are received between the idler block and the lock cylinder, each having an outer gate channel and an inner key bit such that keyed surfaces of the key engage the key bits when rotated to align the gate channels with the side bar and enable the release of the side bar to unlock the cylinder relative to the housing. A stationary shield may be fixed relative to the housing, about which the idler block rotates to restrict access to the detainer discs.
Key blank and key for actuating a disk cylinder and method of manufacturing such a key blank and key
A key blank for manufacturing a key for a disk cylinder having rotatable disk tumblers has a key shaft that extends along a longitudinal axis. The key shaft further has a plurality of notches that extend transversely to the longitudinal axis, that extend at equal spacings from one another, and that have the same depth. In a key, these notches may form chamfers of drive slopes for driving the disk tumblers.
Lock cylinder, key and key blank
A lock cylinder comprises a cylinder housing, a disk housing rotatably supported about a cylinder axis in the cylinder housing, a plurality of rotatably supported disk tumblers arranged along the cylinder axis in the disk housing, wherein each disk tumbler has a reception opening for a key, and a blocking element which is arranged in front of the disk tumblers, with respect to the key introduction direction, and is rotationally coupled to the disk housing. The blocking element is movable by a rotation of the key in an unlatching direction out of a blocking position in which the blocking element engages into a reception recess at the inner wall of the cylinder housing into a release position in which the blocking element is out of engagement with the reception recess.
Anti-theft structure composed of lock core and key
An anti-theft structure composed of a lock core composed of a lock core seat, a lock core shell, a push plate provided in a slide groove of the lock core shell, lock plates and washers alternately superimposedly provided in the lock core shell, a limiting plate and a positioning plate disposed on the lock core shell and placed in the lock core seat together with the shell, a latch lever, a brake bolt plate provided in an accommodating groove of the lock core seat, a compression spring provided in a groove of the lock core seat and pushing against the brake bolt plate, a positioning baffle provided in an accommodating chamber of the lock core seat and located at a bottom of the lock core shell, and a retaining ring embedded in a ring groove of the lock core seat; and a key provided with a ring groove.
BARREL LOCK
A lock assembly includes a cylinder portion having an open end which receives a key. The assembly further includes a stem portion operatively connected to the cylinder portion and torsion spring operatively attached to the first and second lock portions, wherein the stem portion is capable of biased rotational movement independent of the cylinder portion. The lock assembly also includes at least one locking ball received atop the stem portion, the at least one locking ball being extendable and retractable from at least one slot in a housing of the lock assembly. A compression spring received about the stem portion biases the at least one locking ball towards a distal end of the stem. During installation into a lock receptacle, the locking ball is urged radially against the stem, causing the stem to rotate against the bias of the torsion spring, as well as urged axially rearward within the slot against the bias of the compression spring. In this position, the locking ball is positioned above a relieved area of the stem, permitting the locking ball to retract into the housing.
Key or key blank for a disk cylinder and associated disk cylinder
A key or a key blank for a disk cylinder having a plurality of rotatably supported disk tumblers has a key shaft having a shaft cross-section that comprises a first end section, a second end section and a connection section along a longitudinal axis, the connection section connecting the first end section and the second end section to one another. The connection section is narrower than the two end sections and has two longitudinal edges that are aligned in parallel with one another and that extend obliquely to the longitudinal axis of the shaft cross-section between the two end sections.
Lock core structure
A lock core structure composed of a lock core seat, a lock core shell, a push plate, lock plates, washers, a positioning plate, a latch lever, a brake bolt plate pushed by a compression spring, a positioning baffle, and a retaining ring. An accommodating chamber of the seat is provided with an accommodating groove, a ring groove, a shaft hole and a groove, an inner bottom surface of the shell is provided with a slide groove for disposing the push plate, the brake bolt plate is provided in the accommodating groove, and provided with a pivot shaft disposed in the shaft hole, the positioning baffle is provided in the chamber and provided with a first baffle corresponding to an embedding groove of the seat, and a second baffle corresponding to the accommodating groove and the groove, and the retaining ring is embedded in the ring groove.
