Latch assembly
A latch assembly comprising an elongated flat latch slider slidable along a first axis between a first position and a second position in relation to a main latch, wherein the latch slider is provided with a protruding lug; a lock arrangement comprising; a body moving between a locking position and an unlocking position, wherein in the locking position a portion of the body is preventing movement of the lug along a path in parallel with said first axis, and in the unlocking position the lug can be moved along said first axis; and an electrically powered device connected to the body for moving the body between the locking position and the unlocking position.
Remotely controlled cabinet assembly
A remotely controlled cabinet assembly includes a cabinet unit that includes a central cabinet and a door that is hingedly coupled to the central cabinet. A plurality of locking units is each coupled to the central cabinet. Each of the locking units releasably engages the door for locking the door on the central cabinet. A control unit is coupled to the cabinet unit and the control unit is electrically coupled to each of the locking units. The control unit actuates each of the locking units to disengage and thusly unlock the door on the central cabinet. A keypad is coupled to the door and each of the locks disengages the door when an alpha-numeric code is entered into the keypad. An electronic device is carried by a user and the electronic device transmits an unlock command to the control unit for remotely unlocking the door on the central cabinet.
Electronic padlock cover with a knob
The invention relates to an electronic padlock cover with a knob, wherein the padlock includes a rotor assembly formed by an electronic cylinder joined in continuity to an electronic knob, a body wherein the cylinder and a padlock ring are housed, wherein the cover includes a protective casing of the body intended to surround and protect the body of the padlock on one end, a support with a ring-shaped configuration including two grooves and an extension, centered on each groove, which includes a pair of first holes for the introduction of corresponding fastening screws for fastening to the body of the padlock and a protective casing of the knob including two flanges located in correspondence with the grooves, including an inner cylindrical opening for the housing of the knob.
LOCK
A lock, in particular for an electric bicycle, includes a locking mechanism that has a latch that is movable between a latched position, which is provided for securing a counter-piece movable relative to the locking mechanism, and an unlatched position provided for releasing the counter-piece. The lock includes a blocking device, including a blocking element that is adjustable between a blocking position, in which the latch is blocked in its latched position, and a release position in which the latch is movable into its unlatched position, and a reception unit for receiving a release signal by which the adjustment of the blocking element into the release position can be brought about. A locking system may include at least one such lock.
Smart lock box
A smart lock box system is described. One implementation of the lock box system includes a locking mechanism configured to securely hold a cover over a compartment. The lock box system includes a receiver capable of receiving signals from a user device. The lock box system also includes a processor configured to identify an access message in a received signal, a service to verify that the access message was provided by an authorized party, and cause the locking mechanism to be released in response to verifying that the access message was provided by the authorized party. The open/close events are recorded in a distributed ledger to document which user's device was used to access a given property at a given time. Furthermore, the smart lock box system utilizes a push notification service, based on user device's GPS, to inform owners when to depart/return to the property.
SYSTEM AND METHOD TO POWER A LOCKBOX
A lock box includes: a chassis; a lower housing solenoid attached to the chassis; a removable lower housing removably connected to the chassis through the lower housing solenoid; and a battery holder configured to removably secure a primary battery within the battery holder, such that the primary battery is configured to move with the removable lower housing, the primary battery being configured to provide electricity to the lower housing solenoid.
Asymmetric cryptography assisted authentication and access protocols
A lock for securing access to a physical resource is provided. The lock includes a wireless interface configured for communication with a plurality of lock access devices in vicinity of the lock. The wireless interface is further configured to receive digital certificates from the plurality of lock access devices. The lock further includes a memory configured to store a public key, and a processor configured to authenticate a digital certificate received from a lock access device using the public key. The processor may further be configured to extract a wait time parameter, scheduled access period parameter, or re-use parameter from the digital certificate. In addition, the processor is configured to unlock the lock after a delay period based on the wait time parameter, during a scheduled access period based on the scheduled access period parameter, or based on the number of times indicated by the re-use parameter.
Wireless controlled blocking apparatus and single point locking system
A wirelessly controlled blocking apparatus to enable a single-point locking system for securing multiple access points on a cabinet panel. Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide for a wirelessly controlled blocking apparatus to enable a single-point locking system for securing multiple access points. In accordance with certain embodiments, the wirelessly controlled blocking apparatus is utilized to secure an access panel of an enclosure, such as an electronics cabinet. In accordance with certain preferred embodiments, an electronics cabinet comprises a plurality of quarter-turn cam latches being installed on the access panel and configured to selectively secure the access panel to an opening of the enclosure.
Modular electronic deadbolt systems
A modular electronic deadbolt includes a bolt module having a first housing defining a first longitudinal axis, a motor disposed in the first housing, and a deadbolt configured to be linearly moveable in relation to the first housing along the first longitudinal axis by the motor. The modular electronic deadbolt also includes a battery module configured to be operatively coupled to the bolt module. The battery module includes a second housing configured to receive a power source, and a face plate coupled to the second housing. The faceplate defines a second longitudinal axis and includes an extension that extends along the second longitudinal axis. The extension is configured to removably couple the bolt module to the battery module such that the first longitudinal axis is substantially orthogonal to the second longitudinal axis.
DEPOSIT LOCK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A DEPOSIT LOCK SYSTEM FOR A LOAN OBJECT
A method for operating a deposit-operated lock system for a borrowed object, in particular for a transport trolley which can be moved by hand. There is also described a suitable deposit-operated lock system. A key that is held in a deposit lock is released when an electric drive drives a carriage that is displaceably mounted on a blocking element in an initial position.
