Door lock assembly for a dwelling
A door lock assembly for use with a door comprising a movable locking assembly disposed within a recess formed in an edge of a door panel having one or more movable wedge shaped locking elements disposable between a locked position and an unlocked position and having first teeth associated therewith, and a frame member having a channel and second teeth associated therewith, wherein when assembled the locking element is disposed substantially within the channel formed in the frame element when disposed in the locked position, and wherein one or more the first teeth of the locking element are adapted to selectively engage with one or more of the second teeth when a force is applied to the door.
Electric control device for a latch
An electric control device for a latch includes a mounting seat having including a first compartment and a second compartment. An electric locking device includes a bracket securely mounted in the second compartment and a driving member securely mounted to the bracket. The driving member for actuating the locking member is coupled with a locking member. The locking member includes a stop portion having a protrusive end abutting a first face of the bracket without interfering with movement of the locking member. A locking cap device is pivotably connected to the mounting seat and is received in the first compartment. The locking cap device includes an inner side having a first protrusion corresponding to the stop portion. When the stop portion is located on a rotational path of the first protrusion, the locking cap device is not pivotable from a closure position to a non-closure position.
Locking apparatuses and a method of providing access control
Apparatuses, methods, and systems for providing a locking apparatus for resisting movement of an openable element are described. The locking apparatus includes a body, an actuator, a lifting member, at least a portion of the lifting member being configured to be raised or lowered relative to the body according to an output of the actuator, the lifting member comprising a contact surface configured to restrict movement of the openable element, and a strap coupled to the body and to the lifting member, the strap configured to permit the lifting member to flex based at least in part upon contact between the lifting member and the openable element and to transfer energy received at the lifting member into the body of the locking apparatus into a surface to which the locking apparatus is mounted.
Lock, lid lock and locking mechanism
A lock, a lid lock and a locking mechanism are provided. The lock includes a base, and a driving mechanism, a connecting mechanism and a locking mechanism which are provided on the base. The base is buckled to a housing. The connecting mechanism has a first end connected to the driving mechanism, and a second end thereof connected to the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is rotatably connected to the base to perform a locking operation or an unlocking operation. A return spring is sleeved on the locking mechanism, one end of the return spring is connected to the housing, and the other end to the locking portion of the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is connected to a control system. In the unlocking operation, the control system determines that the locking portion is disconnected to the return spring according to the locking portion in an unfolded position relative to the base, and determines that the locking mechanism is connected to the return spring according to the locking mechanism in a retracted position relative to the base.
LOCKING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a locking device (10) for independently operating a bolt (20) by a mechanical activation and a non-mechanical activation, the locking device comprising a bolt (20), a first follower (61) that is pivotable on a first pivot and comprising a follower arm (68) that is configured to engage the bolt and move it between the extended position (A) and the retracted position (B), a second follower (63) that is configured to contact the first follower (61) and move the follower arm (68), and further comprising a activation element (30) for mechanical activation of the bolt, and a control assembly (80) for non-mechanical activation of the bolt, wherein further wherein the control assembly comprises a play (P) such that the second follower when operated by the activation element is configured to move freely in relation to the cam and wherein further the first pivot is the activation element.
Electronic deadbolt systems
An electronic deadbolt includes a face plate and a housing having a first end and an opposite second end. The first end is releasably coupled to the face plate, and the housing further includes a bolt compartment defining a bolt axis and a battery compartment defining a battery axis. The bolt axis is substantially parallel to and offset from the battery axis, and the bolt compartment is separated from the battery compartment proximate the second end of the housing. The electronic deadbolt further includes a bolt module disposed within the bolt compartment. The bolt module includes a motor and a deadbolt, and the deadbolt is configured to be selectively linearly extended from the face plate along the bolt axis.
Systems and methods for controlling a lock
A system includes a storage device storing a set of instructions and at least one processor in communication with the storage device. When executing the instructions, the at least one processor is configured to cause the system to obtain a request to close a lock such that the lock is in a locked status, and actuate a control device to cause a locking mechanism of the lock to move toward a first position. The at least one processor may also cause the system to determine whether operation information of the lock satisfies a condition relating to an operation of the lock, and actuate the control device to cause the locking mechanism to move to the first position or a second position based on a result of the determination as to whether the operation information of the lock satisfies the condition.
CATCH MECHANISM FOR A LOCKING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a catch mechanism for blocking a bolt to prevent unauthorized opening of a door, the catch mechanism comprising a follower for operating a bolt between a locked state in which the bolt is extended and an unlocked state in which the bolt is retracted; a catch configured to block the follower for preventing movement of the bolt in the locked state, and a control member for operating the follower and the catch, The invention also relates to a locking device comprising such a catch mechanism.
PORTABLE U-LOCK
