CONTROLLABLE DOOR LOCK
A storage lock for a storage door, the lock comprising a lock housing for mounting to the storage door or a storage frame supporting the door; and a lock mechanism arranged within the lock housing, the lock mechanism comprising a latch selectively operable between a locked position in which the latch is extended to engage with the other of the storage door and storage frame to block against opening of the storage door, and an unlocked position in which the latch is retracted to disengage from the other of the storage door and storage frame to allow the storage door to be opened for access to storage, and a latch control system selectively operable between a restricted position to block against operation of the latch out from the locked position, and an unrestricted position to permit operation of the latch out from the locked position to the unlocked position.
LOCKING BARN DOOR LATCH
Some embodiments of the invention include a locking mechanism for a sliding barn door. The locking mechanism, for example, may include a lock mechanism. The locking mechanism may include a base configured to couple with a sliding barn door; an external handle; a connecting rod having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the connecting rod coupled with the external handle; a latch mechanism coupled with the connecting rod; and a locking mechanism disposed within the external handle. The locking mechanism may be configured to lock the external handle from rotating relative to the base such that when the locking mechanism is in a locked configuration the external handle and the rod do not rotate relative to the base, and when the locking mechanism is in an unlocked configuration the external handle, rod, and locking mechanism rotate relative to the base.
LOCKING BARN DOOR LATCH
Some embodiments may also include a locking mechanism for a barn door, the locking system comprising: a locking mechanism body; a lock chamber configured to slide into the locking mechanism body in a locked configuration, and configured to slide out of the locking mechanism body in a first direction in an unlocked configuration; and a locking pin coupled with the lock chamber, the locking pin configured to slide outward in a second direction opposite the first direction in the locked configuration, and configured to slide inward in the unlocked configuration.
ELECTRONIC LOCK FOR CASEWORK SLIDING DOORS
An electronic locking device to secure linear transitioning or sliding doors. The device design allows for an electronic access point such as an electronic keypad or RFID reader when presented with an approved access code to electronically activate the device and provide for unlocking and relocking. The design also allows for lock status feedback and for automatic relocking of the sliding door when the lock pin is in the extended position and the door is closed.
SURFACE MOUNTED BARN DOOR PRIVACY LOCK
A lockcase is mountable upon a surface of a doorway jamb which is selectively closable by a barn door. The lockcase includes a bolt which translates or otherwise moves relative to the lockcase to selectively engage a strike in the barn door. The bolt is actuated by movement of a handle on a lever mounted to the lockcase. In one embodiment, the lever rotates to cause a shuttle to translate and with the bolt mounted to the shuttle. Detents on the shuttle tend to keep the bolt in either a retracted or a deployed position relative to the lockcase and the strike.
Pocket door system
A pocket door system for inhibiting an animal from passing through a doorway includes a door frame is positioned within a wall. A door unit is slidably positioned within the wall. The door unit is biased into a closed position having the door unit extending across the door frame. Thus, the door unit may inhibit an animal from passing through the door frame. The door unit is selectively urged into an open position. Thus, the door unit facilitates the animal to pass through the door frame.
WINDOW LOCK
A lock assembly is provided for a window having a first sash and a second sash. The lock assembly comprises an elongate strip configured to be coupled to the first sash. The elongate strip has a plurality of recesses defined along a length of the elongate strip. The lock assembly also includes a lock member configured to be coupled to the second sash and operable to move along the length of the elongate strip. The lock member includes a biasing member and a coupler biased in a direction of the elongate strip by the biasing member. The coupler is configured to enter each of the plurality of recesses to selectively lock the lock member to the elongate strip.
Direct action window lock
A window latch for a sliding window having a sliding sash including a latch plate and a housing. The housing includes an engagement element movable relative to the housing from a locked position operatively engaged with the latch plate to an unlocked position disengaged from the latch plate. A handle is operatively coupled to the engagement element and movable from a first position to a second position in a first direction corresponding to the direction the sliding sash to which the handle is attached moves to an open position. The handle operatively moves the engagement element from the locked position to the unlocked position as the handle is moved in the first direction toward the second position.
Three point lock
A fenestration assembly includes a frame assembly, a movable sash assembly and a lock assembly. The lock assembly includes a first lock and a second side lock. The first lock operatively locks and unlocks the moveable sash to the frame assembly in a first direction only when the movable sash is in a fully closed position. The first side lock operatively locks and unlocks the movable sash in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction both when the movable sash is in the fully closed position and a partially open position.
Internally dismantled anti-typhoon soundproof horizontal sliding window
An internally dismantled anti-typhoon soundproof horizontal sliding window, which is fastened to an outer frame body and is provided with at least one outer sliding window and an inner sliding window; it is characterized in that: the outer side of the outer frame body is provided with at least one outer fixing column, an elastically movable top plate is provided on the inside and outside of the outer fixed column; when the two windows are closed, a central control lock can be used to drive the top plate to move through the inner columns of the outer and inner windows inwardly, the top plate squeezes the two inner column clamps tightly; the outer column of the outer frame body is provided with a hook, which can be used for the outer sliding window and the outer column of the inner sliding window; a snap cover that seals the grooves of the outer frame; thus, the window structure can be tightly closed in an all-round way, so as to meet the requirements of windproof, rainproof and sound insulation of the strong typhoon level.
