Door Lock
A door lock has an inner door assembly, an indoor doorknob assembly, and an outdoor doorknob assembly. The inner door assembly has a locking assembly casing. The indoor doorknob assembly has a positioning resilient component located in the locking assembly casing and configured to switch the door lock between a locked state and an unlocked state. The door is provided with enhanced protection by enclosing the positioning resilient component in the locking assembly casing, so the safety is further improved.
Electrical Plug Locking Device
An electrical plug locking device for preventing unauthorized use of an electrical device includes a housing, which defines an interior space. The housing comprises a pair of sections, which are hingedly engaged so that the housing is selectively positionable in a closed configuration and an open configuration. A first end of the housing has a cutout positioned therein that allows insertion of a cable of a power cord concurrently with a plug of the power cord being positioned between the sections. A user is positioned to hinge the sections to the closed configuration so that the plug is positioned in the interior space. A lock assembly is engaged to the housing and is positioned to selectively secure the housing in the closed configuration to prevent unauthorized use of an electrical device that powered through the power cord.
FURNITURE DRAWER SECUREMENT DEVICE
A tamper-evident securement device for use in securing closed a drawer of a furniture, comprising: a flexible extending closure member comprising an at least partially flexible attaching portion disposed within the furniture, and a flexible locking portion comprising a distal end section that traverses a gap between the drawer and a drawer opening when the drawer is closed, and provides an aperture that is disposed outside the furniture; and a securement member disposed within the furniture that attaches the extending closure member to an inner surface of a top side of the furniture; wherein a lock device can be inserted through the aperture of the flexible locking portion. The tamper-evident securement device may employ a shield plate. For installation of the tamper-evident securement device, an implement may be utilized.
Securing Apparatus, System and Method
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for securing a box cover to a watthour meter socket box and relates to an apparatus, a system and method including a ring comprising an annular body portion and further comprising first and second tab members and a connective member disposed on the first tab member. The connective member comprises a fastening member comprising a fastener body portion forming a head section and a shaft section. The shaft section forms an open end, and the fastener body portion comprises a fastener interior surface defining a cavity extending axially from the open end and into at least the shaft section, and wherein the exterior surface of the shaft section forms a thread member. A receiver member is disposed on the second tab member, wherein the receiver member comprises an interior surface defining a receiving groove adapted to threadably receive the thread member of the shaft section, the first and second tab members being securable by the connective member and receiver member, and wherein the interior surface of the receiver member is configured for receiving a locking member, and the fastener interior surface is configured for interconnection with the locking member.
Secure and safe access control
For secure and safe access control, a method authenticates the user of an equipment unit with a user credential. The method determines whether the user is authorized to access the equipment unit with an equipment authorization. In response to the user being authenticated and authorized to access the equipment unit, the method releases a unit lock for the equipment unit with a unit lock credential or the user credential.
LOCK OUT TAG OUT PADLOCK
A lockout padlock controls access to a hazardous energy source control box. The control box has a box body and a door that closes the box body. The door has an aperture. A staple is connected to the box body and the staple extends through the aperture in the door of the control box. A first lockout hinge part has a first lockout hinge part padlock hole. A second lockout hinge part has a second lockout hinge part padlock hole. The first lockout hinge part and the second lockout hinge part are position together to form a padlock pocket. A first padlock is positioned and locked in the staple. The first padlock is positioned in said padlock pocket and covered by said first lockout hinge part and said second lockout hinge part. A second padlock is positioned in the first lockout hinge part padlock hole and in said second lockout hinge part padlock hole.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ELECTRIC UTILITY LOCKOUT DEVICE
A system and method for securing a locked-out component is provided. One embodiment slides a slidable blade of a lock out controller from a lockout position to a release position, wherein an inside connector between the slidable blade and a piston of a lock out attachment pushes the piston from a hook lock position to a hook extended position so that a hook is extended outward from the lock out attachment; coupling the hook to the locked-out component; and sliding the slidable blade of the lock out controller from the release position to the lockout position, wherein the inside connector coupled between the slidable blade pulls the piston from the hook extended position to the hook lock position, and wherein the hook is retracted substantially back into the interior of the lock out attachment so that the locked-out component that is coupled to the hook cannot be accessed by a tool.
Apparatus And Related Method For Isolation Locking Of An Asset
Apparatus and related methods for use in isolation locking of an asset are disclosed. In one aspect, an apparatus (205) is disclosed comprising a containment unit (210) configured for storing one or more articles (eg. isolation keys) therein, a communication module (220) configured capable of receiving a signal, and an identifier (222) registered to the apparatus and provided in a form acknowledgeable by a portable device. The apparatus (205) further comprises an operable device (230) associated with the containment unit (210) and configured operable to perform an action in (respect of the containment unit) in response to the signal received by the communication module (220).
COVER ASSEMBLY FOR SERVICE PLUG SOCKET
Discloses embodiments disclosed relate to a cover assembly adapted to be mounted on a service plug socket of a high voltage battery. The assembly includes a brace member including a nesting feature to engage the service plug socket and a first opening for receiving a locking device, and a clamping member, slidably attached to the brace member to move between an open position and a closed position, the clamping member including a second opening for receiving the locking device. The clamping member and the brace member define a cavity, configured to receive the service plug socket, that reduces in size as the clamping member slides from the open position to the closed position. When the service plug socket is inserted in the cavity and the cover assembly is closed, the nesting feature engages with the service plug socket to prevent separation of the cover assembly from the service plug socket.
