A box edge security device, for a merchandise box having adjacent structural portions connected together along an edge, includes an edge cleat and a tag assembly. The edge cleat is adapted to be attached around an edge of a merchandise box, the merchandise box having a first structural portion and a second structural portion that are connected to one another along the edge, such that a first portion of the edge cleat is disposed against the first structural portion of the merchandise box and a second portion of the edge cleat is disposed against the second structural portion of the merchandise box. The tag assembly interlocks with the edge cleat and includes an electronics assembly, contained within a housing, that forms at least part of an alarm system. The electronics assembly may include an electronic article surveillance (EAS) tag.

Anti-theft device with adjustable locking arms for securing an article of merchandise

An anti-theft device for securing an article of merchandise against unauthorized removal from a display counter. The anti-theft device includes a plurality of arms slidingly disposed within the housing. Grips are disposed on proximal ends of the arms and are configured to receive and secure edges of an article of merchandise. A locking mechanism is disposed within the housing of the anti-theft device. Complimentary teeth are disposed on the locking component and the arms. An actuator transitions the locking components between a first unlocked configuration in which the teeth of the locking components are retracted away from the teeth of the arms, and a second locked configuration in which the teeth of the locking components engage the teeth of the arms.

Protective case

A portable protective case for the safe transport and storage of measuring devices and other electrical equipment. The protective case is designed to protect a valuable and sensitive measuring device located inside it against theft, unauthorized use and/or potentially harmful environmental influences. The case comprises communication means for sending and receiving data via a wireless network, as well as for receiving localization data, which enable the communication unit to provide at least a rough location of the case.

SECURITY TAG ASSEMBLY

The present invention relates to a security assembly, a protective enclosure and a method of protecting an item in a retail environment. An assembly comprises a security tag including a latch mechanism and attachment means, the attachment means being arranged to attach the security tag to an item and a part of the attachment means being releasably engageable with the latch mechanism; and a protective enclosure comprising retaining means arranged to engage a part of the security tag in order to lock the protective enclosure to the security tag and an internal space for receiving at least a part of the item, and wherein, in a locked configuration, the protective enclosure at least partially encloses the item and inhibits access to the item, and wherein disengagement of the attachment means from the latch mechanism simultaneously permits release of the security tag from the item and permits release of the protective enclosure from the security tag.

MECHANICAL SECURITY FEATURE FOR A HOUSING

A housing includes an upper housing member, a lower housing member, a first interlocking member, and a second interlocking member. The first interlocking member includes an engagement portion, and a first interlocking portion. The engagement portion is at a proximate end and is configured to engage a corresponding contact surface of the upper housing member. The first interlocking portion is at a distal end. The second member extends from the lower housing member into an inner volume of the upper housing member. The second interlocking member includes an opening and a second interlocking portion. The opening is positioned between a proximate end and a distal end of the second interlocking member. The window is configured to at least partially receive the first interlocking portion of the first interlocking member. The second interlocking portion is configured to engage a corresponding engagement portion of the upper housing member.
