The tag housing assembly includes a tag housing, at least one electronic tag and a retaining device. The tag housing includes a perimetrical exterior side wall extending between a top surface and a base plate to define an interior and an opening extending through the top surface and base plate for receiving the extending neck of the bottle. The at least one electronic tag is located in the interior. The retaining device extends into the opening and defines an adjustable aperture for engaging the extending neck of the bottle. When the tag housing is in a closed position, the retaining device is secured to the neck of the bottle.

An electronic tag housing assembly is attachable to the extending neck of a bottle having an undercut thereabout. The tag housing includes an annular wall having a central opening for insertion over the extending bottle neck. At least one electronic tag is supported in the housing. The housing has a plurality of resilient fingers extending into the aperture for engagement with undercut on the bottle neck for securing the housing thereto. The housing further includes a portion of the annular wall having a location of reduced thickness for effecting severing of the annular wall thereat so as to remove the housing from the bottle neck.

The anti-theft assembly includes a base that can be used to support an electronic article surveillance marker; a product engagement member including a support member that supports the ring during use and a locking member that secures the support member to the base; and an attachment member for securing the ring to the support member. In one embodiment, the support member and the locking member are a single, unitary member. In another embodiment, the support member and the locking member are separate members. Once assembled, upon applying a twisting force to the ring the engagement member rotates within the opening so that the attachment member is not broken.

A gun lock for use in securing a weapon within a gun rack of a police vehicle or the like utilizes a housing supporting a pair of curved lock gates in curved travel paths between an abutting closed configuration and a separated open configuration. The curved lock gates are constrained in curved travel paths by a top plate and a lower plate and each define a curved gear rack. A coupling gear is rotatably supported within the housing and simultaneously engages both curved gear racks to provide movement of the lock gates between open and closed configuration. A solenoid operated latching mechanism secures the lock gates from movement away from the closed and locked configuration in the absence of an electrical activation. A key override is provided in the event of an electrical failure within the host vehicle.
