Vehicle door cable abutment
A cable fitting includes a hollow cylinder sized to receive a portion of a sheath therein; and a lever including a blade supported on the cylinder; a pivot about which the blade pivots; an engagement member secured to the blade and spaced from the pivot in a first direction; and a tab secured to the blade and including a surface spaced from the pivot in a second direction opposite the first direction and on which force can be applied to elastically pivot the engagement member away from an engaged position.
LOCK DEVICE
A lock device 1 includes a latch 10 that locks a striker 2, a ratchet 11 that is brought into engagement with the latch 10 to prevent the movement of the latch 10, a lever 12 that moves the ratchet 11 to a releasing position where the ratchet 11 releases the latch 10, an actuator 13 that includes a motor 23 that operates the lever 12, a base 14 that supports the latch 10, the ratchet 11, the lever 12 and the actuator 13, and a case 15 that is fixed to the base 14 and accommodates at least the actuator 13 between the base 14 and the case 15, and an attaching portion 44, to which an operating member 16 that is connected to the lever 12 so as to enable the lever 12 to be operated manually is attachable, is provided integrally on the case 15.

Vehicle door lock apparatus
A vehicle door lock device includes: a housing having an opening; a coupling member configured to be coupled to an operation mechanism arranged on a door; an operation lever arranged inside the housing and coupled to the coupling member through the opening; and a cover capable of opening and closing the opening and a coupling point between the coupling member and the operation lever. The cover is separate from the housing and assembled to the housing to be mountable on and demountable from the housing and rotatable between opened and closed states. Each of the housing and the cover includes: a temporary retaining mechanism to temporarily retain the cover in the opened state when the cover is assembled to the housing in a rotatable manner; and a full retaining mechanism configured to retain the cover in the closed state when the cover is rotatably assembled to the housing.

Arrester Component for a Door Operation Assembly
A vehicle having a door operation assembly having an internal door handle assembly, an outside door handle assembly, and an arrester component. The arrester component includes a housing, a barrier, and an activator/deactivator. When the vehicle door is in a locked state and the outside door handle is in a flush position, the activator/deactivator causes the barrier to engage with an outside door handle of the door handle assembly to arrest the movement of the door handle from the flush position to a deployed position. When the vehicle door is in the locked state and the door handle is in the deployed position, the activator/deactivator causes the barrier to disengage from the door handle to allow the movement of the outside door handle from the deployed position to the flush position.
METHOD FOR UNLOCKING AN OPENING ELEMENT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE AND ASSOCIATED UNLOCKING DEVICE
A device (D) for “hands-free” unlocking/locking of a door of a motor vehicle (V), said device (D) being intended to be placed on board said vehicle (V), and comprising a radiofrequency antenna (A) and radiofrequency transmission/reception means (50) capable of authenticating portable equipment (SD) of a user, at least one capacitive sensor for detecting the approach and/or the contact (C) of a member of the user in a predetermined zone (Z), an electronic unit (40) controlling the unlocking of the door, said device (D) being characterized in that it further comprises an emergency access device (E) comprising:
a) a body (1);
b) a graspable pull member (3) connected to a lock actuator (4) and movable between: a retracted position, in which the pull member (3) is retracted in the body (1); and a deployed position, in which the pull member (3) projects outside the body (1);
c) a retention pin (6) sliding transverse to the pull member (3) and adapted to assume: a blocking position, in which it is disposed against the pull member (3), keeping the pull member (3) in its retracted position, and a position for releasing the pull member (3);
d) an electric ejector (8) adapted to control the sliding of the retention pin (6);
e) a control unit (12) for the electric ejector (8) adapted to control the electric ejector (8) in two modes: an unblocking mode, in which the electric ejector (8) drives the retention pin (6) from its blocking position to its release position; and a vibration mode, in which the electric ejector (8) oscillates the retention pin (6) between its blocking position and an intermediate position between the blocking position and the release position,
the control unit (12) controlling the electric ejector (8) in vibration mode as a function of an authentication status of the equipment of the user, the device (D) comprising a chain (100) for transferring vibrations between the electric ejector (8) and a contact surface (S1) of the member of the user, in order to notify the user of the authentication status.
DUAL CABLE DOOR LATCH RELEASE MECHANISM
A door latch release mechanism for use in a passenger vehicle comprises at least one of a latch mechanism and a handle mechanism. The latch mechanism includes a first bellcrank with a first pivot axis and two mounting points. The handle mechanism includes a second bellcrank with a second pivot axis and two mounting points. The handle mechanism further includes a door handle having a third pivot axis, and a mechanical linkage connecting the door handle lever with the second bellcrank.
Vehicle
A vehicle includes an opening between an upper frame and a door when the vehicle is seen from the side. The vehicle includes a lever pivotally attached to a portion of an inner wall of the door that is located above a middle position of the door in an up-down direction and forward of a latch mechanism, and an interlocking shaft linked to the lever and the latch mechanism. The interlocking shaft is configured to move in a vehicle front-rear direction as the lever is pivoted, thus interlocking the latch mechanism with the lever.
