A cap holder (21) that is attached to the inner surface side of a fuel filling door (19) in a state of facing an inner surface of the fuel filling door (19) with an interval in order to hold a cap (11K) removed from a fuel tank (11) and a lock (22) that locks the fuel filling door (19) from the outside in a state where the fuel filling door (19) closes a fuel filling opening (18) are provided on the fuel filling door (19). The lock (22) has a lock lever (22C) that rotationally moves between a locking position where the fuel filing door (19) maintains a state of closing the fuel filling opening (18) and an unlocking position where the fuel filling door (19) allows opening of the fuel filling opening (18). This lock lever (22C) is configured by a long member a base end of which is rotatably attached to the fuel filling door (19) and a leading end of which is allowed to enter a gap between the fuel filling door (19) and the cap holder (21).

TOOL AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A DOOR STRIKER PIN IN A VEHICLE

A tool for installing a door striker pin. The tool includes a latch portion, a pin positioning portion, and a cover. The latch portion includes a striker pin configured to engage with a latch of a door and an abutment surface configured to engage with a frame member of a cab. The pin positioning portion is coupled to the latch portion. The pin positioning portion defines a striker pin slot extending substantially parallel with the striker pin. The striker pin slot is positioned to align with a striker pin interface for the door. The cover is slidably coupled to the pin positioning portion such that the cover is slidably translatable between a first position where the cover extends across the striker pin slot and a second position where the cover does not extend across the striker pin slot.

REMOTE CLOSING AND OPENING SYSTEM FOR A DOOR PROVIDED FOR AN ACCESS OPENING IN A FUSELAGE OF AN AIRCRAFT, AND REMOTE CLOSING METHOD

The system includes a closing module removably fastened to one end of the articulated arm of the door with which a door leaf is articulated, a closing module removably fastened to a structure rigidly connected to the door frame and a locking device removably fastened to the articulated arm. The closing module is able to alternately pull the closing module towards itself to move the door leaf into the closed position, and to move the closing module away from itself to move the door leaf into the open position. The locking device allows the locking lever to be moved alternately into the unlocked position to unlock the door leaf and into the locked position to lock the door leaf. The system enables the door of the aircraft to be closed remotely.

An electro-mechanical unlocking device that includes a locking state, a holding state and an unlocking state. The unlocking device includes an arming solenoid and a holding solenoid. In the locking state the arming solenoid moves an arming assembly, which moves a crank and which moves a holding armature from a second position to a first position. In the holding state the holding solenoid is energized and the arming solenoid is de-energizing, which allows the arming armature to move from the first position to the second position. In the unlocking state the holding solenoid is de-energized, which allows the holding armature and the arming link to move from the first position to the second position. In the locking and holding states a sear blocks the path of the striker and in the unlocking state the sear does not block the path of the striker.
