DOOR HANDLE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
In a door handle device for a vehicle, an elastic stopper includes: a stopper main body having a receiving surface that can be brought into contact with and separated from one of case and handle members, and being attached to the other member; and a lip part formed integrally with the stopper main body. The stopper main body is formed into a shape capable of alleviating impact by bringing the receiving surface into contact with the one member when the handle member swinging in a closing direction reaches a closed position. The lip part is formed to protrude further toward the one member side than the receiving surface in a free state of the lip part, and can exert a resilient force in a direction where the receiving surface and the one member are separated from each other when the handle member starts open-swing thereof from the closed position.
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY HAVING AN OUTER BEZEL MECHANISM AND AN INNER BRACKET MECHANISM
A handle for a vehicle opening leaf includes an inner bracket mechanism and an outer bezel mechanism. The inner bracket mechanism is mounted from an inside of the opening leaf. The outer bezel mechanism is mounted from an outside of the opening leaf and is fixed to the inner bracket mechanism. The outer bezel mechanism includes a bezel and a grip mechanism. The bezel extends inward to an interior of the opening to allow access by a hand to the grip mechanism. The grip mechanism is configured to cooperate with a latch mechanism so as to unlatch the opening leaf. The grip mechanism is rotatably mounted on the outer bezel mechanism between a resting position in which the grip mechanism is flush with the opening leaf, and an opening position in which the grip mechanism drives the latch mechanism to unlatch the opening leaf.
DOOR HANDLE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A door handle device for a vehicle includes a handle base including an inertia stopper and an operation handle including a stopper protruding portion. The operation handle is movable from an initial position to a use position and to a latch operation position. The inertia stopper has two stopper surfaces and is to rotate from a standby position to a regulation position due to inertia when a collision force is applied to the vehicle. The stopper protruding portion includes a first stopper to, when the operation handle is at the initial position, limit a movement of the operation handle toward the use position by abutting against one of the stopper surfaces, and a second stopper to, when the operation handle is at the use position, limit the movement of the operation handle toward the latch operation position by abutting against another one of the stopper surfaces.
VEHICLE DOOR OPENING ASSEMBLY
A vehicle door handle to control the opening of a vehicle door includes a door latch mechanism to release the vehicle door when actuated and a handling element mobile with respect to a handle frame between a rest position and an actuation position in which it actuates the door latch mechanism. The vehicle door handle also includes at least one static magnetic element fixed in motion with the handle frame and at least one mobile magnetic element solidary in motion with the handling element, generating a haptic feedback by defining stable or unstable positions of the handling element in which the static and mobile magnetic element face and attract or repel each other.
HANDLE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A handle device for a vehicle includes a handle body, a latch release lever, a door latch device, an electric actuator and a push portion forming member. The handle body moves between an initial position, a pop-up position and to a latch operation position. The door latch device is released by the latch release lever rotating to a latch release position. The push portion forming member moves from an initial corresponding position to a latch operation corresponding position and has a lever push portion to, when the push portion forming member is at the latch operation corresponding position, rotate the latch release lever to the latch release position. The push portion forming member has a restriction wall to prevent, when the push portion forming member is between the initial corresponding position and a pop-up corresponding position, the latch release lever from rotating toward the latch release position.
HANDLE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A handle device for a vehicle includes a handle body, a latch release lever, a door latch device, an electric actuator and a lever push member. The handle body is driven from an initial position to a pop-up position by the electric actuator and is manually operated to a latch operation position. A latch of the door latch device is released by the latch release lever being driven to a latch release position. The lever push member rotates from an initial corresponding position and pushes the latch release lever toward the latch release position with an operation of the handle body. The lever push member is set with a moment of inertia to cancel an inertia force generated when a collision impact load is applied to the vehicle and to move the lever push member toward the latch release position.
VEHICULAR HANDLE DEVICE
A vehicular handle device includes a handle body, a handle base, a door latch device, an electric actuator and a pushing member. The handle body is driven by the electric actuator from an initial position to a pop-up position, and manually operated to a latch operation position, thereby unlocking the door latch device. The handle body has a first end and a second end and power from the electric actuator is transmitted to the handle body from the first end. The pushing member is driven by the electric actuator and push the first end in a protruding direction in which the handle body protrudes from the handle base. The pushing member pushes the first end by an operation force in which an amount of change in a pushing amount of the first end gradually increases as the operation by the pushing member to push the first end proceeds further.
Vehicle door
A vehicle door (2) has a fixed door handle (2) that is flush with the surface of a door outer skin (4). The door handle (2) has a button (15) for actuating a locking device (5) of the vehicle door (1). The door handle (2) has a web (6) that is part of the door outer skin (4).
ACTUATING DEVICE FOR A DOOR LOCK OF A VEHICLE DOOR
An actuating apparatus for a door lock of a vehicle door, in particular as part of a door handle arrangement of a vehicle door, wherein the actuating apparatus has a handle part that is grippable by a hand and is configured in order to be transferable between a resting position and a ready position, and wherein the handle part is manually movable from the ready position into an actuating position and is in particular pivotably or linearly extendable, wherein the actuating apparatus is configured in order to actuate the door lock when the handle part reaches or has reached the actuating position. The actuating apparatus has a blocking and/or delay mechanism, which cooperates with the handle part such that the handle part is transferable from the ready position back into the resting position only with a time delay and/or only in an at least partially braked or dampened manner.
Door handle assembly
A door handle assembly includes a frame, a mechanical deployment unit, and a handle. The frame is to be mounted to a door. The frame having a housing portion and an exterior surface having a cavity. The mechanical deployment unit is disposed in the housing portion. The handle is disposed in the cavity, pivoted to the frame and operably coupled to the mechanical deployment unit. The handle is flush with the exterior surface and locked with the mechanical deployment unit in an undeployed position. Upon a first actuation, the handle unlocks from the undeployed position to protrude from the cavity in a deployed position and moves back to the undeployed position upon a second actuation.
