Door leaf handle for a motor vehicle
A door leaf handle for a motor vehicle and an assembly including the handle includes a bracket and a gripping element is movable relative thereto between a rest position, a primary door opening position and a secondary door opening position. At least one breakable stop limits displacement of the gripping element in the primary door opening position if pulling force applied is less than a predetermined force value and configured to break if a pulling force applied on the gripping element exceeds the predetermined value and to allow the displacement of the gripping element beyond the primary door opening position to the secondary door opening position. A primary door opening trigger is activated by displacement of the gripping element in the primary door opening position. A secondary mechanical door opening trigger is activated by displacement of the gripping element in the secondary door opening position.
HOOD-INTEGRATED VEHICLE BODY
A hood-integrated vehicle body in which a hood, a bumper, and a fender are integrally formed into a single component so as to reduce the weight thereof is disclosed. The hood-integrated vehicle body includes a front vehicle body part, which is constructed such that a hood is integrally and rotatably connected to a front portion of the front vehicle body part and is openable at a rear side thereof, a lifting unit mounted to the front part of the vehicle so as to rotate the hood, and a locking unit, which is mounted to the front part of the vehicle so as to selectively engage the hood with the front part of the vehicle such that the engagement of the hood is released so as to allow the hood to be opened by means of the lifting unit upon manipulation for opening the hood.
CONCEALED DOOR HANDLE AND VEHICLE
The invention relates to a concealed door handle and a vehicle. The concealed door handle comprises: a handle body; a handle base fixed in a body of a vehicle, the handle body being concealed in the handle base, and the handle body being rotatably connected to the handle base; and a deployment microswitch arranged on the handle base and configured to detect a deployed position of the handle body and to maintain communication with a vehicle control module, wherein when the deployment microswitch jumps from a triggered state into an untriggered state, the deployment microswitch sends an input signal for unlocking an electronic lock to the vehicle control module. The concealed door handle of the invention has a simple structure and low costs, and a signal source can be arranged in a limited structural space.
Flush handle control
A control mechanism for controlling a door handle movable between a normal position in which the handle is flush with the door and a working position in which the handle protrudes from the door includes a first lever mounted so as to pivot about a first shaft supported by the handle, a second lever mounted so as to pivot about a second shaft supported by the handle in parallel to the first shaft and at a distance from the first shaft in a longitudinal direction of the handle, and a link rod having ends connected to the first lever and to the second lever by articulated links. At least one of the articulated links has play in a longitudinal direction of the link rod, and the first lever, the second lever, the link rod, and the handle form a deformable quadrilateral, the deformation of which moves of the handle.
Door handle unit
The disclosure relates to a door handle for a vehicle door which can be installed as such from the door inner side on a handle recess of the outer skin of the vehicle door, wherein the handle unit has a handle module and an especially elongate handle part which is accommodated by the handle module, wherein the handle module has a mechanism for the motorized adjustment of the handle part, wherein the handle unit can be pre-installed on the door. The door handle unit can have a fastening slide which, with the handle unit pre-installed is connected to the handle module on one side and to the motor vehicle door on the other side, wherein for the final installation of the door handle unit an installation movement can be introduced into the fastening slide by a tool in an installation direction from a narrow side of the vehicle door.
Latch assembly for glovebox
A latch assembly for closing a door of a glovebox compartment includes a key cylinder having an eccentric shaft; a striker connected to the key cylinder to form a scotch-yoke connection to the eccentric shaft so that a rotation of the key cylinder is transformed to a linear movement of the striker; and a pair of latching members to lock the door. The pair of latching members includes a first latching member having an operation portion to engage or disengage from the striker, and a second latching member connected to the first latching member to simultaneously move with the first latching member. The key cylinder rotates to switch between an unlocked state in which the striker engages the operation portion and a locked state in which the striker is disengaged from the operation portion.
DOOR HANDLE APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A door handle apparatus for a vehicle is assembled to a door panel of the vehicle. The door handle apparatus includes a base, a grip, and a switch device. The grip is supported by the base, rotates from a state in which an outer surface of the grip is located in a same plane as an outer surface of the door panel, and is transitionable to a state of protruding from the outer surface of the door panel. The switch device includes a switch body and a switch cover. The switch cover is supported by the base, rotates around the second shaft, enters an inner surface of the door panel, and engages with the switch body to switch ON and OFF states of a switch element.
DOOR HANDLE APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A door handle apparatus for a vehicle includes: a grip that is allowed to be gripped from a vehicle exterior of the door panel, the grip being supported so as to be rotatable around a shaft extending in a predetermined direction, rotating in a first direction from a first state in which an outer surface of the grip is located in a same plane as an outer surface of the door panel to be transitionable to a second state in which the grip protrudes from the outer surface of the door panel, and rotating in a second direction opposite to the first direction from the second state to be transitionable to the first state; a biasing device that causes the grip to rotate in the second direction; and a resistance force generation device that generates a resistance force.
Fluidic elastomer actuator-based mechanical control systems for vehicle door handles
Systems and methods for a fluidic elastomer actuator-based handle is provided. A processor determines when a person is approaching a vehicle door and, in response to determining a person is approaching the vehicle door, the processor determines if the door handle is necessary based on a determined intent of the person. If the intent is determined to open the door, the processor manipulates a soft robotics material enclosing the door handle into an in-use state to present the handle to the person through the application of one or more stimuli. When not in a rest state, the soft robotics material provides a smooth surface aligned with a surface of the door panel.
Opening control device with emergency mechanical unlocking
The opening control device includes a fixed support configured to be mounted on the door leaf, a handle movably mounted on the support, a mechanism for electrical and mechanical activation of an unlocking of a latch of the motor vehicle door leaf respectively for electrically and mechanically actuating the unlocking of the latch, the mechanism being mechanically coupled with the handle of the vehicle such that the application of a predefined pulling force on the handle causes the electrical or mechanical activation of the unlocking of the latch. The activation mechanism includes a first lever for electrical activation of the latch and a second lever for mechanical activation of the latch movably mounted relative to each other.
