INTEGRATED LATERAL SEALING AND LOCKING DEVICE
A sealing and locking device for public transport vehicle doors includes a sealing element on a closing edge of the door portal and door leaf located opposite one another in the closed state and fixed to the portal, has a locking unit, cooperating with a locking component on the door leaf, internally has a hinge element, running along the closing edge and moved translatory in the longitudinal direction, and connects the locking unit to a drive unit for hinge element movement, and a locking unit, having a slider firmly connected to the hinge element and moved translatory into a locked position, wherein the slider blocks the locking component and door leaf, and an open position, in which the locking component is moved unhindered in an opening direction of the door leaf, has a closed housing, wherein the slider is movably mounted and has hinge passage and locking component openings.
DOOR CLOSURE
Disclosed is a closure for a door of a shipping container. The closure includes a housing, an outside handle pivotally mounted relative to the housing, an inside handle pivotally mounted relative to the housing, and a catch connected to the inside handle. The closure is configured so that movement of the inside handle between a first position and a second position causes corresponding movement of the catch. A locking mechanism can releasably fix the inside handle relative to the outside handle, such that when in a locked position rotation of the outside handle causes corresponding rotation of the inside handle and when in an unlocked position the inside handle can be rotated independently of the outside handle.
LATCH FOR BENCH
A latch for a bench includes a bracket, a dual cam, and a handle. The latch engages to strikers to secure the latch in a closed position. The handle is pivotally engaged to the bracket. An upward or lifting movement applied to the handle moves the dual cam upward. The dual cam includes ramp surfaces which drive locking bolts inward to disengage from the strikers.

Fixing device for vehicle doors
A fixing device for vehicle doors includes a door lock striker, a fixed member, and a movable member. The fixed member has two inclined surfaces that are movable relative to the door lock striker and located on opposite sides of the door lock striker. The movable member has two inclined surfaces arranged on opposite sides of the door lock striker and is urged such that each inclined surface is pushed against the corresponding inclined surface of the fixed member. The door lock striker includes a leg portion. The movable member includes two bodies forming the two inclined surfaces of the movable member, and a connecting portion that connects the bodies at the rear end portions of the bodies, which are pressed towards the fixed member and moved rearward. The connecting portion has an arched shape that protrudes in the protruding direction of the leg portion.

Touch pad lock assembly
A lock assembly for a closure comprises a housing, a handle and a latch plunger operably connected with the handle. A key lock has a locked and unlocked position. A lock cam is rotatably mounted in the housing and is operably connected with the key lock for rotation therewith. A link is operably connected with the crank arm and a deadbolt lock movably mounted in the housing for shifting between a locked position, wherein the closure is retained in the closed position, and an unlocked position, wherein the closure is free to be shifted between open and closed positions. The deadbolt lock is operably connected with the link to a motor. A computer input device mounted on the exterior portion of the housing is operatively connected with the motor, whereby entry of a preselected code actuates the motor and contemporaneously shifts the deadbolt lock between the locked and unlocked positions.

TOUCH PAD LOCK ASSEMBLY WITH CLUTCH SYSTEM
A lock assembly comprises a housing, a handle, and a latch plunger operably connected with the handle. An exterior key lock and interior lock knob have a locked and unlocked position. A lock cam is rotatably and operably connected with the key lock and interior lock knob for rotation therewith. A crank arm of the lock cam is operatively coupled with a deadbolt lock movably mounted in the housing for shifting between a locked position and an unlocked position. The deadbolt lock is also operably coupled with a motor, wherein a motor cam clutch is operably coupled with the motor and operably interposed between the lock cam and the motor, wherein the motor cam clutch allows rotation of the lock cam between the locked and unlocked positions without rotating the motor cam clutch or a motor shaft of the motor.
Lid lock device
A lid lock device includes: a housing configured to be fixed to a vehicle; a lock member configured to be movably assembled in the housing and to lock a lid of the vehicle in a closed state; a driving source configured to be assembled in the housing and to drive the lock member toward a side where the lock is released; a side surface through-hole formed at a position that opposes a side surface of the lock member in the housing; and a protrusion which is formed in a side surface of the lock member, passes through the side surface through-hole to protrude from the housing, and receives a manual operation force for moving the lock member toward the side where the lock is released.
