ANIMAL CRATE WITH SWING OR DROP DOOR ASSEMBLY
A door assembly includes a frame having interconnected wires that define an opening for an animal to pass therethrough, and a door having interconnected wires and being coupled to the frame. A latch assembly has a handle structure and a pin. The handle structure is pivotable with respect to one of the door and the frame, and the pin is movable axially with respect to one of the door and the frame. A first wire of the plurality of wires of the frame forms a key hole assembly. The key hole assembly defines an aperture for receiving the pin when the door is in a latched position with respect to the frame. A tab assembly is formed by at least one wire of the door and is disposable behind at least one of the plurality of wires of the frame in the closed position.
Barrier with structurally different corner gate connections
A barrier that includes four structurally different corner connections for fixing a gate frame of the barrier to and between opposing vertical surfaces. A first connection includes a headed straight pin engaging a pivot hook and socket, a second connection includes a headed straight pin engaging a socket, a third connection includes headless bent pin engaging a socket and a limiter, and a fourth connection includes a headless bent pin engaging a socket.
GATE LATCH
A gate includes a gate barrier and a hinge configured to allow the gate barrier to rotate about a rotation axis and translate along the rotation axis. The gate may include a gate latch coupled to the gate barrier, where the gate latch includes a latch bolt and a latch operator. The latch bolt may be configured to slide between an engaged position and a disengaged position in a first direction (e.g., a horizontal direction). The latch operator may be engaged with the latch bolt and configured to slide between a locking position and an unlocking position in a second, different direction (e.g., an inclined direction).

Pivot bar for sash windows
The disclosure relates to a pivot bar for a tiltable sash window where the pivot bar is designed for mounting along an exterior surface of a sash frame. The pivot bar includes a first leg positioned within a channel formed on the stile of the sash frame and a second leg positioned within a channel formed on the bottom rail of the sash frame. In a coupled configuration, the pivot bar wraps around the exterior surface of the corner of the sash frame where the stiles and bottom rail meet.

ACCESS PANEL WITH ENCASED SPRING
There is provided an access panel for releasably covering an aperture in a structure, the access panel including a panel member having inner and outer sides, and a panel stop extending from said inner side. The access panel includes a mounting member attached to the inner side adjacent a first edge to engage the structure. The access panel also includes a movable clip member slidably mounted on the panel member. The clip member comprises a casing and a mounting flange secured to a first end of the casing. The casing is linearly movable over the panel stop. The mounting flange is adapted to engage the structure proximate an opposed second edge of the panel member. The access panel also includes a spring situated within the casing between the first end of the casing and the panel stop for biasing the clip member toward the second edge in use.
Emergency access privacy lock and access key
A safety lock and access key for doors that otherwise need to remain locked comprising a lock body containing a spring biased catch extending from one end of the body to engage in a keep of the door frame, a lever for moving the catch into the body to unlock the door, and a tool for unlocking locked doors.
