LOCKING SYSTEM FOR DOORS AND WINDOWS
A system including a barrier implement, a barrier implement frame, wherein the barrier implement frame is configured to engage said barrier implement, a bolt lock, wherein the bolt lock is configured to secure the barrier implement frame to the barrier implement in a lock position, a central locking and/or release knob, a cable or rod, wherein the cable or rod is configured to interconnect the central locking and/or release knob and the bolt lock, and wherein the central locking and/or release knob is configured to release said bolt lock by pulling in the cable or rod to move the bolt lock out of the lock position.
TRANSITION DOOR FOR REFUSE VEHICLE
A refuse vehicle includes a chassis, a cab coupled to the chassis, a body coupled to the chassis and spaced from the cab such that a gap is positioned therebetween, and a transition door assembly positioned across the gap. The transition door assembly includes a support structure, a door panel, a hinge, a latch, and a latch actuator. The support structure is coupled to the body. The support structure includes a cantilevered arm having a latch retainer positioned or defined therealong. The door panel has a rear edge and a front edge. The hinge pivotably couples the rear edge of the door panel to the body. The latch is disposed along the door panel and positioned to engage with the latch retainer to selectively secure the door panel in a closed orientation. The latch actuator is configured to facilitate disengaging the latch from the latch retainer.

Locking assembly with trigger handle
A latching handleset assembly includes a handle, a trigger, and a latch driver. The handle has a handle portion and a top mounting portion that extends from an escutcheon. The top mounting portion has a top surface and a bottom that is at least partially obscured by the handle portion. The trigger includes an exterior end located along the bottom of the top mounting portion and an interior end extending into the escutcheon. The trigger is pivotable about a pivot point positioned within the escutcheon. The latch driver is movable between a neutral position and a latch actuating position in response to actuation of the trigger.

Latch mechanism
A latch mechanism includes a first and second latch body. The first and second latch body respectively includes a first and second base, a first and second latch portion and a first and second acting portion. The first latch body disposes through the second base. The second acting portion is pivoted to the second base. The second latch portion is disposed on the rotational path and limited to the first latch portion. The second acting portion includes a first and a second pushing structure. When the second acting portion is rotated along the rotational path, the second latch portion is pushed by the first pushing structure such that the second latch portion is disengaged from the first latch portion, and then the first acting portion is pushed by the second pushing structure such that the first latch body is disengaged from the second latch body in a releasing direction.

Access control device
An access control device generally includes an electromechanical actuator operable to transition the access control device between a locked state and an unlocked state, an energy storage device operable to store electrical power from a power supply, and control circuitry. The control circuitry is configured to direct a first electrical power from the energy storage device to the electromechanical actuator in response to one or more first criteria. In a fail secure mode, the first electrical power is configured to cause the electromechanical actuator to transition the access control device to the locked state. In a fail safe mode, the first electrical power is configured to cause the electromechanical actuator to transition the access control device to the unlocked state. Certain embodiments further include a user-adjustable switch operable to transition the control circuitry between the fail secure mode and the fail safe mode.
