UNIVERSAL LATCH ASSEMBLY TO ALLOW SELECTIVE LATCH HANDLE ORIENTATIONS
Latch assemblies are provided with a paddle lever having an outwardly extending actuator flange and a rotary actuator plate which includes a fixed actuator pin extending outwardly from the actuator plate and adapted to being operatively engaged with the actuator flange of the paddle lever when manually moved into the unlatched condition thereof. At least one pair of arcuate spirally patterned and circumferentially separated cam slots are defined in the rotary actuator plate such that a latch pin associated with a latch bolt is operatively received within a selected one of the cam slots. Movement of the paddle lever from the latched condition into the unlatched condition thereof responsively engages the actuator flange with the actuator pin thereby causing rotation of the actuator plate about a rotary axis thereof and movement of the latch pin within the selected one of the cam slots whereby the latch pin is retracted to unlatch a moveable component from a fixed component.
TWO DOOR INTERLOCK MECHANISM FOR AN IMAGING DEVICE
An imaging device with a two door interlock system for detecting a positional state of orthogonally mounted first and second access doors of the imaging device. The two door interlock system includes a mounting assembly rotatably mounted to a frame of the imaging device and movable by the first access door between a first position and a second position, and an actuator projecting from an inner surface of the second access door, and a sensor positioned on the mounting assembly and providing an output signal that changes between a first state and a second state. The output signal being in the first state when both of the first and second access doors are in their respective closed positions and in the second state when at least one of the first and second access doors are in their respective open positions.

LOCKING ASSEMBLY WITH TRIGGER HANDLE
A latching handleset assembly includes a handle, a trigger, and a latch driver. The handle has a handle portion and a top mounting portion that extends from an escutcheon. The top mounting portion has a top surface and a bottom that is at least partially obscured by the handle portion. The trigger includes an exterior end located along the bottom of the top mounting portion and an interior end extending into the escutcheon. The trigger is pivotable about a pivot point positioned within the escutcheon. The latch driver is movable between a neutral position and a latch actuating position in response to actuation of the trigger.
COMPRESSION LATCH
A compression latch assembly for latching a panel to a frame includes a housing assembly, a lockplug assembly, a handle actuator assembly, and a rotating pawl assembly. The housing assembly defines an exterior well and a first and second compartment. The lockplug assembly resides within the first compartment and includes a lockplug having a circumferential guide surface. The handle actuator assembly has a handle within the exterior well, a crank coupled to the handle, and a drive shaft coupled to the crank. The handle and the crank rotate about common pivot point within the second compartment. The handle is selectively captured and ejected by interaction between the circumferential guide surface and a locking pin on the handle. The rotating pawl assembly has a hook defining a slot that receives the drive shaft. Pivotal movement of the handle actuates the hook by movement of the drive shaft within the slot.
FIX POSISTION DEVICE FOR CASEMENT LATCH
A fix position device for casement latch includes a housing including a cavity, a through hole, first and second limit members, a hole having one end communicating with the cavity and the other end formed with threads, a spring biased steel ball in both the hole and the cavity, and an adjustment screw secured to the threads; a bolt including a cylindrical axis partially in the through hole, a channel having a square section and formed through the axis, two recesses on a periphery of the axis, and an engagement member at the other end; a cover plate including a central hole with the axis partially disposed therein; a face plate including an intermediate slit with the engagement member passing through; and a handle assembly including a peg member having a square section projecting through the channel, and a lever having one end co-rotated with the peg member.
