Provided is a lid device which is compact, and can be installed in an efficient manner. The lid device (20) releasably locks a lid provided with a hinge (12) in a closed position. The lid device is provided with a push lifter that alternates between an extended state and a retracted state each time the lid is pushed, a motor (54) placed next to the push lifter, a lock member (18) and a transmission mechanism (60, 64) for transmitting the output of the motor. The push lifter and the motor are arranged such that a lengthwise direction of the push lifter and a lengthwise direction of the motor are perpendicular to each other, and such that the motor at least partly overlaps with the push lifter when seen from the lengthwise direction of the motor.

A fixation device for limiting a gap between a first construction component and a second construction component relative to which the first construction component is movable has first and second fitting parts attached to the first and second construction components, respectively. The first fitting part has a fixation projection with first end and opposed second end. The first end is pivotable about a fixation axis fixed at the first construction component. The fixation projection is pretensioned so as to pivot the second end away from the first construction component. The second fitting part has a guiding surface and a holding element. Fixation projection and guiding surface interact such that, when the construction parts are moved toward each other, the second end glides along the guiding surface toward the holding element and catches therein. A folding device of construction components is provided with such fixation devices.

In a lid device opening and closing a fuel lid of a vehicle by a push-push mechanism, a common push lifter can be applied in both cases with and without a mechanism for locking the fuel lid at a closed position. The lid device (20) indirectly locks the fuel lid (10) at the closed position by controlling a displacement of a push rod (22) protruding and retracting from a push lifter unit (24). In order to control the displacement of the push rod (22), an engagement member (56) engaging the push rod (22) is movably supported in a housing (54) of a drive unit (26), and the push lifter (24) and the drive unit (26) are formed as separate members.

A door suspension device includes a driving-side member, a hanger, an elastic member, and a first adjustment bolt. The hanger is configured so as to be displaceable in an opening and closing direction in conjunction with the driving-side member and supports a door. The elastic member allows relative displacements of the driving-side member and the hanger by elastically deforming in accordance with a load between the driving-side member and the hanger. The first adjustment bolt is a member for adjusting an initial value of a load that acts between the driving-side member and the hanger. The first adjustment bolt includes a male screw section to be fixed to the driving-side member, and a head which is arranged so that an axial force acting on the first adjustment bolt is received by an edge of the hanger.

Safety door assembly

A safety door assembly for a hoist window of a structure includes a sliding door arranged to reveal or conceal the hoist window; and a barrier assembly which is closed to inhibit access to an area in front of the hoist window or opened to permit access to the area in front of the hoist window; and wherein the barrier assembly is adapted to prevent the sliding door from revealing the hoist window when the barrier assembly is open; and the sliding door is adapted to prevent opening of the closed barrier assembly when the sliding door reveals the hoist window.

The lock of the passive door blade of a double door according to the invention comprises a lock body (23), a latch (17) and a control wedge (18). The control wedge is arranged to linearly move to a position extended out from the lock and to a position retracted inside the lock. The lock additionally comprises a lever (20), a leading shaft (21) and a spring system (27). The lever (20) is rotatably attached (25) to the control wedge (18) by its first end and rotatably attached (24) to the leading shaft (21) by its second end. The leading shaft (21) is additionally rotatably attached (22) to the lock body (23) and the leading shaft comprises a control cam (26) being in connection with the latch (17). The lever (20) and the leading shaft (21) are arranged to transfer the force of the spring system (27) to the control wedge (18) so that the force parallel with the linear movement of the control wedge is at its largest in the extended position of the control wedge and at its smallest when the control wedge is in the retracted position inside the lock.
